My samsung tv went on the blink. I had purchased a five year warranty and I am glad I did. Best Buy replaced my TV at no cost to me. The only thing I paid for was another 5 year warranty. Great to have. Would not be without it.

I always get the warranty and it pays off. twice now I have had TV issues from TV's that I have bought from Best buy and both times due to the warranty I was able to return the TV and get money back towards a new TV. I highly recommend getting a warranty with any large electronic purchase.

The protection plan is a great choice when purchasing more expensive electronics. Can’t beat the ability to replace something you bought if it breaks without the hassle of manufacturers. The only negatice would be the price point.

Bought a new tv, and decided to get the geek squad protection. I have not had to use it yet, but it gives you a piece of mind knowing you have extra warranty. Best Buy has excellent geek quad techs, so worth the money.

Absolutely spectacular service from the Geek Squad and store manager at my local store. If you're buying a big ticket item getting this plan is a must. They'll even come to your house for assessment and repair.

got this for my girlfriend for christmas and she loved it. good for the price. wish that small tvs came with higher picture quality but it’s good nonetheless

Geek squad protection is a must for all Best Buy products it means no reason to pay double when inevitably something doesn’t work

Far superior to Home Depot in ease of use and Customer Service. I've purchased 2 TV's, a sound bar, a Microwave Oven and a Dishwasher in the last 12 months and there Geek Squad response times are outstanding!

I've never had a problem with their protection plans. Amazing customer service, I'd recommend for tvs in particular since sometimes they come wonky from factory.

Love having the option to purchase Geek Squad protection on my purchases. They are knowledgeable and if they can’t fix it they will exchange it or give you a refund.

Easy to buy but so far we have not had to use it. The only concern so far was handled by the manufacturer.
