I would not purchase anything from Best Buy without getting their Geek Squad, Total Tech. They have always stood behind everything i have bought.

Well worth the money! I recommend always purchasing a protection plan when purchasing any item from Best buy! I have had good positive experiences when it comes to geek squad so far can't say anything bad about them..
