Always buy the longest protection plan they have. If your TV gives you any problem they will replace harass free if they can't fix it.

Absolutely spectacular service from the Geek Squad and store manager at my local store. If you're buying a big ticket item getting this plan is a must. They'll even come to your house for assessment and repair.

Geek squad has always been great to help and Diagnose and repair what I needed.

I hope I never have to use it but I am glad I am protected in the event the item breaks. TV's don't last as long as they used to! I strongly recommend a protection plan on an expensive TV!

Bought my first qd oled from Best Buy and wanted to have confidence about the tv. The 5 year warrabnty is a bargain for Oled tvs.

Just not long enough, seems like we should have went with the 5 year plan and all would have been okay

I always purchase insurance on all my items. I love the fact that I can get to my local Best Buy and get the help asap. I've used Geek Squad and they definitely helped me with all my questions and guide me on replacements when needed.

This is just the best. Would buy again!! Best Buy is just the best enjoy buying my electronics here :-)

I've only used Best Buy warranty once in my life. It was with TIVO DVR OTA. It stopped working, took it to Best Buy, and they told me to get a new one. End of the story. K9

Bought a new tv, and decided to get the geek squad protection. I have not had to use it yet, but it gives you a piece of mind knowing you have extra warranty. Best Buy has excellent geek quad techs, so worth the money.
