    Adding an extended Geek Squad warranty to your most cherished and expensive electronics at Best Buy is thevsmartest thingbyou could do as a customer. Insure your products in case of accidental damage or equipment failure.

    This option is Greatly a Excellent one. The Geek Squad are Excellent at their job. Best Buy has one of the Best Warranty solving Problems or any issues with Products sold by them.

    Great 4K gaming features

    I've had the 65" QD7 for a couple months now. It's my first 4K TV and so far I'm pretty impressed and happy with it. Especially considering the price. I bought it to get the most out of my gaming systems. Great gaming features, good picture, and decent sound for this price point. This TV works great with PC, XBOX, and PS5. I primarily use Nvidia Shield TV for streaming, but the built-in Google TV is nice and works well. Hopefully this TV lasts. I got an extended warranty just in case it doesn't and still didn't spend too much. Finally movin' on up from 1080p and 1440p.

    If that's what you want, try the protection, but most Insignia TVs really don't require it (my personal opinion).

    Purchased a new LG CX65 roughly (4) years ago with the 5-year Magnolia warranty. TV recently had a few, almost naked to the eye pixels out. Scheduled a home visit, tech came and assessed and confirmed my report. Said to fix panel wasn’t cost effective so i received a store credit in the amount paid. Was able to purchase a larger, newer version of the TV, along with another 5-year warranty, with shipping and tax for the same amount paid 4 years ago. If you’re purchasing a higher end TV, especially OLED, and have any fears of burn in or dead pixels, this warranty will quell any anxiety. Only warranty I’ve raved about due to what they tell you is what you get plus the seamless process of initiating claim and receiving store credit. Thank you Best Buy!

    I purchased a TV in 2016, I also purchased the warranty for it and the representative helping me out told me that it covered accidental damage/handling and that is why I purchased it. I've always been loyal to best buy because of their warranty, I've gotten so many friends to purchase their electronics there because of it. But when I called regarding my TV and the fact that my son tipped it over and it broke the girl (Tania from the phone hub) told me I can call to make an appointment and geek squad would come out, assess the damage and they would give me a call when they would issue my credit/return. I called the 1800number and Joe from recon in Maine literally laughed when I told him and he said "uh no, you're only covered against lightning strikes essentially and manufacturers defects. I promptly told him that I live in Las Vegas and there's a bigger reason to sell warranty that covers heat since lighting (and rain) only happen a few days out of the year. But the entire time he was condescending and giggling. I am VERY dissatisfied and the fact that I got three different answers angers me because I spend a couple hundred on the warranty and it covers nothing essentially. I've purchased EVERY single electronic from Best Buy for the past 15 years and I will no longer shop there. Not only that but I'll voice my opinion on the fact that warranty on the TVs is essentially useless, specially if you live in an arid climate since your representative "Joe" claims it only covers against lightning. Customer service is also a joke, if you call 5 different times and speak to 5 different people then you get 5 different answers. Anger can only begin to express how I feel for wasting my time, money and being fed false hope in the wake of what happened to my TV.

    Excellent clarity and color. Highly recommend it. Sound from tv speakers is decent and gets plenty loud. The Samsung OS is ok. At first had issues connecting to the internet so had to factory reset the TV in settings and so far so good. Price has gone down by 300 bucks in the last few months. Wait a bit more and might get cheaper lol. By then something else better would come out but for tv movie steaming this really is plenty. Haven’t played games on it yet. But hooked up my laptop with hdmi and works flawlessly.

    Nothing bad to say at this time. The price was good.....$79.99 for five years coverage ( no accidental coverage ). Everything else is covered and they'll come to your house to fix it.

    I love the extra feeling of protection with the geek squad plan. I don’t like that. You really don’t get a replacement TV, only your money back basically if you have a problem with the TV and it was an open box.

    These gentlemen work every problem I have. And I use them a lot having little kids pressing buttons they shouldn’t. Broken or just a jam they get me taken care of. Even help me file for new stuff. Thanks guys for your help

    Always get the 5 year warranty. Always. Its worth it just in case you're tv takes a dive also the warranty covers remotes that stop working

    Best Buy really stands behind there customers I have purchase every tv from them. I purchase 50" 2021 model Hisense couple years ago with a 5 year protection plan. Some time ago my tv failed. I call Hisense file claim after 2 weeks i never got a call back from them i was outrage by there lousy customer service! So i reach out to Best Buy explain the situration within 2 weeks Best Buy replace my 50" tv with 55" Hisense at no cost to me. Just week ago again the new replacement Hisense tv again failed. I called up Best Buy and spoke to Chris manager at corporate his first question was, have you pick out a new replacement? Yes i choose 2023 model Roku Plus Series and it was $100 more then my original tv cost he said no problem no cost to you and we will come out next week remove the failed one and install with the new tv you choose. This exactly why i buy all my tvs from Best Buy. There customer service is outstanding and they really do take care of there customers and back up there products especialy now theses days where most customer services is at new low. Thxs Best Buy for taking care of me. Your the best!

    a must have when you purchase a TV, this alone saved me thousands in the repolacement process. My TV started to have pixels go bad (white lines accorss the television) in the top right corner. I was able to have geek swuad take a look and they said its no good and issue me a credit for the TV through the insurance. Withour it i would have paid 3k plus tax, with this insurance i paid a third a got the new insurance...
