Can’t pass it up for the price. Now if anything happens to it. It can get fixed or replaced by Best Buy. Pluse they come to me with it being a 50 inch tv

I bought this TV yesterday. Unable to mount the stands to the TV either the screws were to long are the mounting holes are to short.

I would totally recommend friends and family to setup geek squad support in an event of a tv braking down. They can assist you in finding out what is the problem with your device.

After two years from purchase, the screen did not stay in sync with the source signal. Geek Squad, check out, replaced Screen with two home visits. Had to wait for screen to be delivered from supplier.

I always buy the longest warranty possible. Once my tv gave out 3.5 years and it was covered.

The techs who mounted the equipment very efficiently and knowledgeable. Called the night before to confirm appointment and were very timely. Observed Covid-19 protocols.

My wife bought the Geek Squad protection previously and I thought it was a waste of $, but I was totally wrong. We had a smart tv that had an issue that couldn't be repaired, so they replaced it for the full amount we paid for it! Totally worth it.

Better coverage than other place’s protection plan

5 years of geek squad.. 5 years! Havent need to call the squad, but good to know I can if need be.

Has been there to help at all troubling parts of setup, or any issues with my product.

You can never go wrong with a product like this this is my second one and I have no complaints
