    Workers were professional and knowledgable. Told exactly where I wanted the Tv and they were able to do exactly that. They were also cleaned their work area when they were done. Grest work guys. Thanks.

    I've been using Geek squad since 1987 and i loved there service. They fixed my Computer and an old laptop that i was updated over and over and now its done

    Okay, how do you write a review for a service contract you have yet to use. So this is based on previous service contracts I have bought from Best Buy. This one is for our LG TV but the previous one was for our Sony Bravia TV. It paid off as the Sony gave out right as the manufacturer warranty was going away. The problem was the panel so Best Buy opted to swap it out. NOTE: They did try to give us the base model Sony saying it would do everything our original TV did. I complained it should cover the cost of the TV not the features as there was also an aesthetic quality and while the newer TV would do all the stuff our old Sony did, the old Sony was a nicer looking model. I offered to meet them half way and they let me upgrade to the nicer Bravia and split the cost with me. Best Buy has always been able to work with me and why we bought a contract on the new LG OLED TV. Simply put, you can't go wrong in getting the warranty on expensive items and an OLED TV right now would cost way more than we paid for the one we got. Hoping it doesn't go out but if it does, Best Buy has our back.

    The crystal UHD 4K TV is a great TV. The picture is bright vibrant excellent clarity. The smart TV functions are well displayed and easy to navigate. The HDMI cords connectors on the back of the TV are easy accessible. I was able to hook my soundbar up with no complications at all. His settings menu is easy to navigate. I would recommend The geek squad services and warranty when you buy your TV. Geek squad is helpful friendly. They help me navigate through problems with past items I purchased with ease greatly recommended

    Geek squad has the best protect 4 years tv went dow best buy came to house realized tv could not be fick in 30 minutes I have an email with a code to take to store or go on line and get my new tv for free

    5 -year extend extended warranty, have not had to use . Reading all the paperwork seems like it’s very straightforward and easily to use.

    This service protection plan was lessexpensive and year longer than the Samsung direct plan. Also more convenient sine Geek Squad is everywhere!

    Decided to go with this just in case….but we’ve had Roku before with no issues. But for the price, I think it’s worth it. Hopefully we won’t need it.

    Geek Squad puts the service in customer service

    Easy and fast to get in touch with an agent, but the best part about when you have to contact geek squad is that you don't have to spend a lot of time if any going through the automated system to speak to an actual person. This is HUGE for me I don't remember having to answer a lot of prompts before I was able to speak to an actual person, if there were any prompts on the automated system it was only 1 or 2. Unlike when I have to call Comcast for anything, for example if I am calling about a billing issue, I have to spend 15-20 minutes in the automated system before I get to the billing department, then before I am able to speak to a person the automated system forces me to first try to resolve the issue with a virtual agent on their website, if the virtual agent can't resolve my issue I then and only then will they allow me to speak to an actual person, and even then I must request an agent to call me back from the site, there is no way I can simply wait to speak to an agent. It is annoying and frustrating. Every agent I have spoken to at Geek squad took less then 3 minutes to get connected with, they know their stuff, and if I ask a question, they do not know the answer to I have never had to wait for them to find the answer and wait for them get back to me latter by email or phone with the answer to my question, if they do not know the answer to a question I asked, they have always found the answer to the question before the end of the call, I may have to wait a bit for them to find the answer but they have always found the answer before the end of the call. Also, when they make an appointment, they show up on time if not early. They are the biggest reason I will never buy my electronics anywhere else.

    Honest service. They won't jerk you around trying to get paid for doing unnecessary repairs. The techs are knowledgeable. Although the products are good, they often fail after the manufacturer's warranty, which is a common practice (planned obsolescence). Geek Squad is there to honor and help.

    Geek Squad did a great job setting up my MacBook Air and making sure everything was running smoothly. The technician was knowledgeable and polite, and I felt confident my device was in good hands. The only downside was the wait time for my appointment, but once they arrived, the service was excellent. Overall, a reliable option if you want professional tech support
