Have had bad luck with TVs in the past so I felt I needed this coverage. Too soon to know if it will be worth having.

Anytime I purchase anything from Best Buy I but the 5-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection. You never know what can happen and Id rather be safe than sorry.

Best appliance warranty you'll ever buy! If they can't fix it they'll replace it in no time. Even if they don't carry the item years later they will give you a comparable item of the same value you paid.

I installed everything that I purchased on 6/4 and 6/5 myself (TV and soundbar) have not had any problems.

If you spend the money and want peace of mind that your product will work then purchase the Geek Squad additional warranty. I recently had a tv replaced and it was great to see Best Buy value its customer with incredible service in replacing my tv.

Haven't needed to use for my TV, but have had it for other items where I did and process was surprisingly easy. I always buy Best Buy's extended warranty on larger items for piece of mind.

I have not needed the service yet. So I have to give them credit for good quality products

I have always liked the Geek Squad. Ive used in the past for a laptop and never had a problem, sometimes the service is slow and when you go into store it may not be enough techs but overall its a great service plan, choose your options.

Helped with step by step instructions when I needed it to install my projector and connect it to my phone.

The IT Geek Squad tech repaired my laptop in a very timely manner, was very helpful, professional and pleased with the end result. The price paid was very economical for the work performed.

I have not yet had to call upon the Geek Squad; after all, the TV set is just out of the box. It was time-consuming and overly complicated to set-up the TV, but I did not think my Geek Squad protection plan covered set-up; and it doesn't. Without the 5-year Protection Plan I would have passed on this major purchase. Not yet having the need to summon the Geek Squad, I am not in a position to evaluate their service by way of either speed or competence. I hope never to have to summon them.

I purchase geek squad for all of my high end Best Buy purchases. Fortunately, I've never had to use them as my products continue to work perfectly. I sleep well at night just knowing I'm protected.
