I hate to say it but you need to protect your electronics purchases nowadays. This has come in handy for me on several occasions.

They are the best when needed for service or over the phone.

It's always good to have your products that you purchase covered be the geek squad protection. it's real good if a product becomes damaged and can be fixed without coming out of pocket.

When I broke my tablet from a drop geek squad replace it and the second one accidental drop was happy to replace it, but if you get a 1 TB device it takes time to come in

I always buy the five year warranty plan it is the best thing I’ve ever done when I purchase any items at Best Buy’s and will continue buying a five year warranty with my future Purchases!

I chose to purchase 2 years of Geek Squad Protection for my tv just in case anything were to happen. I don't expect it to, but it's good to know that Best Buy is going to do everything possible to fix it if it comes to that.

The tv that this protection came along is still going strong so never had to use this. However, I guess it's worth five stars for taking away any need to worry about the tv not working.

Best 5 year investment I've made! Placing a 5 year Geek Squad warranty on your purchases is the only way to go!

Always purchase the 5 year support for company related items and only had to use it once but it experience was great and would recommend.
