I have purchased a mini things through Best Buy and everything I have ever brought. I have never had any problems if something went wrong I needed to return it or if something was damaged and I needed to return it the Best Buy Plaza Airport Road is the best never had a hard time they have always been willing to assist me And I appreciate everything they do Best Buy really stand behind a products thank you guys so much. Good purchase and value for a 2yr warrant is good.

When I bought my Hisense - 55" Class H9G TV. I bought the 5 year warranty. It broke 4.5 years later. I took to the Geek Squad. They said it couldn't be repaired. I got all my money and put towards my dream TV LG OLED, So, I bought another. Highly recommend it. It was worth every penny.

Purchased to replace my 65" thay died. Loved it so much that i purchased a second!!! Football looks great!!!

We took out insurance because it was reasonably priced.

I would advise getting Geek Squad coverage for anything over $100. It covers so much.

About 3 years ago I helped an old friend who is very technologically challenged by a 58” tv. I made sure she bought the 5 year warranty from Best Buy. Just in case. We the just in case happened and the tv failed. I called Best Buy on her behalf and was quickly and efficiently forwarded to a really patient and knowledgeable customer service representative . Following a few questions he informed me the tv was not repairable and that the full purchase price would be refunded. We talked about applying that amount to a newer better larger tv and within 5 minutes delivery date was set. We, of course opted for a new 5 year warranty. A few days later new set arrived and old one taken away. I installed the new set and my friend could not be happier. Great service.

I mean, it's good to protect your items, support is great. Do your research.

OLED televisions have gotten much better about image retention and burn in but it is still possible no matter what they tell you. Best buy service plan states in its coverage that it covers Burn in on OLED televisions and as far as I know nobody else does no matter what coverage they purchase. Televisions these days aren’t made to last no matter what brand you go with it and I’ve read tons of reviews of flagship TVs going dead with months of purchase and many just after the one year warranty expires. It cost a little extra but I feel better knowing I’m good for at least 5 years.
