Won’t buy anything without a warranty after they have fixed numerous items for free

Replaced my tv with a text picture to the geek squad service and told me to pick out a new tv equal to my broken one and they delivered the new one and took the broken one.

Geek squad has the best plans available anywhere for great warranty and repairs and /or replacement of damaged equipment. Their customer service is unsurpassed!

You cannot buy any large items without extended warranty. Everything breaks

I didn't ever have 2 use, but always nice 2 have just n case. You never know if or when you might need. Good investment 4 just in case situations.

I always get the Geek Squad protection as well as total tech. I have used both several times and would not make a purchase at Best Buy without it.

The quality of equipment really interferes with geek squad interaction. Since initial instal and set up they’ve been great in answering questions and troubleshooting

Great if you need to use it but if not, then throwing money away. Be selective on what you pay extended warranty for.

Get the protection plan because within a 5 years if anything goes wrong you can take it back or they might replace it depends on the conditions. If not you're screwed

I am so happy I purchased the 5 year protection! It gives me peace of mind knowing that my TV will be fixed in case anything happens to it!
