Anytime I spend over $100.00 at best buy I purchase a geek squad Protection plan. A lot of times people don't want to spend the extra couple dollars. But it more than pays for itself when an incident arises.

Professional and friendly, they took my complaint and suggested resolve for my problem TV.

Although I have not had to use the warranty. Making it a must have when purchasing my electronic equipment. Per the warranty they will repair when needed.

Like any purchase of insurance we did our home work and bought well. We hope we never need it but know the Geek Squad will be there if we do!

I haven’t needed to use this as yet but it gives confidence knowing I have it. When ever I do not buy one with a product it always broke or go bad so get it.
