Thought it was the batteries placed name brand batteries. And the tv remote still lags in allowing you to go through apps to pick what you wish to stream.

Had an issue with burn in with my older B7A LG OLED and they came out immediated and replaced with new C version panel. No additional charge! Great insurance for any electronics!
