I think Greek squad and the people there very nice I had broken the screen on my phone and I wen to them and my phone was good as new.

Having a warranty is the right thing to have, but adding more protection is just Smart.

The 5 year GSP plan is a nice plan to gave for any repairs that might be needed.

I was allowed to exchange my television; however, I was not happy with the policy for larger televisions. Customer service insisted that a technician would come to my home to check to see what was wrong. I have a choose as to who I allow into my home and I did not appreciate feeling pressured to allow them to come. I requested a refund because they were unrelenting.

Haven't needed it yet, but I'm happy with the terms and fine print. Potential burn in protection could be useful.

My tv is protected for 5 years so if i have a probkem i just call geek squad & they will come fix it or replace it.

Some agents are helpful some are just ignorant, i had to deal with few of them for my 1 transaction, over all was okay service.
