No needed yet but great history with this previous protection

We got the 5 year warranty on an out of the box TV and so well worth it .. TV had a bad cooling fan when we first turned it on so we took it to Geek Squad and they sent it to Samsung and they replaced the Motherboard .. the TV looks and is amazing

i gave this product 4 stars because 1 if you have mutiple tvs you need seaprate remotes 2. it takes a while to boot up 3 there is a custom app that if you dont sign up for you cant use the tv 4 i was expectimg better from poineer

Purchased this plan for myself and luckily I never needed it. However, I assisted my mother in purchasing a 65 inch 4K Samsung set the same year. She had some problems with the set several times. She called the Geek Squad at her local store and they quickly dispatched team members out to get her set sorted out. The last year of her plan, she had issues with the screen. Once again they came out but determined the set would need to be replaced. I assisted her with selection of a new set. She was more than pleased with their help and the new Sony replacement set. She received a brand new set better than the original one and even had enough credits remaining to get another 5 year plan of Geek Squad service. All of this without having to spend another penny! Geek Squad service plans are fantastic!

im really glad i buy the extended warranty as you never know what will happen in the future and if your like me you dont have alot of money to throw around at times. so its good to pay a little more now then alot later when you may have to pay a whole lot or be out whatever it is at the time. personally think its worth it as the one year warranties are usually very limited and if u dont find ur item under their exact perimeters then you cannot make a claim.

I almost NEVER buy the geeksquad protection, but I bought an expensive television and I made the choice to purchase the plan. Glad that I did! About 2 years after my purchase a red line randomly appreared smack down the middle of the screen. I knew it was out of warranty and at the time I had almost forgot that I purchase the plan until I checked my email. I contacted the geek squad who ultimately determined that it could not be fixed. They replaced the whole tv for no additional cost! I received a brand new television AND an updated model. I was so satisfied that I purchased the protection plan again, a two year this time, but either one is worth the money!

I've used Geek Squad twice. The first time they repaired my television on site (my home), the technicians both times brought their own folding tables and cloths to my residence, the second time the parts were no longer available so the technician had Best Buy credit me for a replacement Television. I highly recommend this service. I just bought a 50" bedroom TV (Dec 12, 2023), and guess what I added on as a Just In Case...Geek Squad coverage! My thanks and respect to all of the unsung technicians that Best Buy utilizes to make their warranty incredible.

We have had 2 use this feature 1 time on a vacuum and i have to say, the simplicity of replacement is worth the price. Our 1,5 year old Dyson gave up the ghost and we had to tap our 2 year coverage we added. All i had to do is drive down to the store and pick up a brand new Dyson. Done. Can't ask for more.

Like to be squad they're very good and I've always had a good luck with them I'm there great people to help to assist with someone and maybe you have problems with whatever and as far as repairs and then really good and it's always good to have someone like to geek squad I would recommend the key squad to anyone it has any problems like with electronics overall

Geek squad is amazing and Best Buy has treated me so well through the whole buying process. Even having to return a couple defective TVs. I wouldn't hesitate to buy this because of the white glove service. Even with other options like SquareTrade available.

I haven't use the geek squad recently but, in the past they never disappointed me and I'm sure they will not let me down if I needed them again.

I've purchased all of my electronics, appliances, and cameras from Best Buy. I do not purchase anythings within getting Geek Squad protection because it's the absolute BEST!!! I actually use the Geek Squad protection on this TV. This TV was my replacement. Filing a claim and delivery was quick and easy! 10/10 I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!
