Needed to protect my purchase! I haven’t needed to use the service but glad to have it!

I purchased this for my previous Toshiba tv which stopped working the third year. I called them, they were very nice and told me that model TV wasn’t able to be repaired and immediately issued me a store credit for full refund of purchase price to replace the tv. It was so easy, no problem. So of course I purchased the five year warranty on this replacement tv. Well worth it. Geek squad was very helpful.

Had an issue with my Samsung sound bar after attempting to trouble shoot it they ended up just giving me store credit and letting me upgrade to a newer version without any issues

I purchased the five year geek squad plan. Lo and behold my expensive $2000 Sony TV decided to not work one day. Called up the geek squad and they arranged to have it fixed. No hassle no extra cost. The only thing I had to do was make a phone call. Best Buy and geek squad took care of everything. I purchased a second television from Best Buy also purchased a geek squad plan for five years. It a peace of mind that your television is going to be taken care of. “One call that’s all” LOL

I do recommend to getvthis services is the one thing thatvhave save more money for me in past year.

Bought the protection plan with my TV back in 2017. The picture on the TV started to go with only a couple months left on the protection plan. Contacted GeekSquad and they diagnosed the issue and replaced my TV. I got credited for the TV I bought in 2017 and they waved the delivery and haul away charges, which allowed me to afford to upgrade my TV because all I had to pay was the difference. Highly recommended.

Greek squad warranty is a must of you but anything of high value!! Don't save money when it comes to this extra coverage!! You'll regret it if you don't.

I mounted it by myself with help from a few friends as BestBuy doesn't deliver or come out to Eastern Oregon. Had to rent a trailer and fetch tv minus the fuel and time it took to retrieve my purchase.

The 2-year Geek Squad protection plan is worth it for major purchases. It’s affordable and provides excellent support for repairs or replacements. Their customer service is quick and reliable.

Never known what can happen but with Geek Squad Service I know I'm covered.

I had geek squad protection on my previous two televisions. Both TVs went out at about four years old. They could not find parts to repair either television so they simply reimburse me the full price I paid for the TV. What more could you ask for.

,,,,That's what they say right ? Well, After spending $3,300 on a brand new Television , I didn't want to spend another $600 on top of that for Insurance. But then I thought about it,,,,,,,,,,,What if this Television had electrical issues,,,,,,,,say,,,,,,1 year and 2 months from now ??? What would I do then ? I mean it would be outta warranty then. All I know is that for spending THAT KIND OF MONEY , I want to make sure that I'm covered way past the manufacturers warranty,,,,,,So I bought the 5 year plan,,,,,,,,,,,,,Also came with a piece of mind for the next 5 years. Don't you end up regretting NOT getting it.

So glad I had purchasd the plan with our newn55" Hicense tv. Covered the black out screen that happened in the middle of a movie for no reason. Delivery drivers and support both said they are seeing this more and more. Sonin my opinion the cost for Geek Squad protection was well worth it! Did purchase a 5 year plan for new 65".

I am very satisfied with the LG TV that has good sound a fairly good picture and I’m very satisfied that everything is working out. OK that’s all I can say about it right now.
