I’m happy with this protection, I have two kids and need it really I just got a new Remote Tv because it was removed by my kids and Geek Squad paid for it

Amazing tv and picture!!! Bright for a oled. I’ve had a mini led from Samsung and this is still superior to even mini led. My ps5 games look amazing. Even regular cable tv the details are just amazing. I have a bright living room and this still works great. Love it!!!

Repairs or replacement you dont have to worry for a long time with this buy. If you have the money for it, why not! Esp since newer appliances don't seem to last now a day.

I think it's important to get the protection plan. The first time I used it was for my dyson cordless vacuum. I got a completely new one because it could not be fixed in the store. But of course for the new one you would have to purchase a new protection plan. I've also purchased it for a TV but since it was my son who threw something at the TV (accidentally) and the screen looked chatterd it definitely was not covered. All I could get back was the protection plan money because it was still under the year I purchased it on.

Sounds like I'm an add but after I started getting these warranties I realized how amazing they really were. If something doesn't charge right they fix it/trade it in for a newer item, if you drop it they fix it/get you a new and or better one, even if you plug it into the wrong power brick and fry the device like I did to my old 3ds they'll let you trade it in for the new 3ds. No matter if it's a 50$ alexa that gets knocked off the table by your cat or a 1500$ tv that jumps off the wall they'll help and get you back up and running.

I was happy to purchase it because it came in handy when my TV started turning off by itself it was replaced seamlessly and the person at The geek squad was the next exceptional at his customer serviceability even though the manager of the store was rude to me

I’ve had extremely good luck with extended warranties. I’ve gotten a replacement for every item I purchased the plan for! The one TV I didn’t get one for, just burned me! It was a top of the line Sony and the repair estimate was $10,000.00!!! Buy the warranty. It’s worth every penny.

The Geek Squad five year protection gives me peace of mind even if I never need to use it

The geek squad is my go to team for everything. I buy all my products at Best Buy and cover it with the geek squad full protection plan

I purchased the 5 year warrant thank God I did. The tv went bad in the fourth year and I was able to get the money back I paid for the tv and got a brand new tv. Well worth it.

Really can’t give a review of service since I haven’t needed to use it. But I like knowing if something does go wrong with product purchased I have coverage at a reasonable cost.

I got the 42” to use as a PC monitor and its been excellent. Blows away every other monitor I’ve used in the past and the added versatility is a nice value add. I’ve had no problem with the auto adjusting brightness limiter and don’t mind having to turn the TV on first (as opposed to how monitors will just wake from sleep), but YMMV.

I haven't had to use the geek squad yet and hopefully won't have to

I bought my LG CX TV from Best Buy solely because they offer this protection plan. They are the only warranty/protection plan out there that I know of that covers screen burn in. I have always wanted to get an OLED TV but was always afraid of burn in. With this protection plan, I was able to safely take the leap and boy am I happy I did so. If you're in the market for an OLED TV, don't even think about it, get this protection.

I bought a television over 4 years ago, Had to take it back because it was malfunctioning. Customers, anytime your purchase an electronic item from BestBuy, always, always, always purchase the extended warranty with the Geek Squad! Indeed it the best investment ever. They truly stand by their word! They refunded my money since they weren’t able to fix the television and I bought a brand new updated one with better features!
