My last TV started having problems/ So the 5 year warranty came in handy

Really glad we got the protection. It’s so worth it for a piece of mine.

As I age, and I am just shy of 70 now, it gets more difficult to keep up with computer advances and time saving shortcuts. This is just a small part of what The Geek Squad can help you with. Of course, there is the rare event when an electronic device actually malfunctions, and this is the obvious time to get their help. However, the more often need for these people is when you cannot seem to get the hang of specific sequences of procedures or when some device really doesn't work as it is supposed to.

They are dependable and honest. The weak spot is most everything is sent out for repairs post diagnosis that can't be repaired in house. If parts are available you'll get it done in house as soon possible. Outside with a backlog, it can mean months. Ask the Geek Squad what manufacturer of interest gives the best performance and has the least chance for return when you intend to buy. You can do that with a chat on line.

I bought 3 TCL tv's online and used the curbside pickup. I was greeted quickly when I arrived. They were very professional and courteous.

BestBuy comes to your house to fix your TV, unless it's smaller than 50".... if they can't fix it, they will replace it with the same TV or like technology... or a gift card and you can pick something else out. Get the protection plan, protect your investment... you're welcome.

Haven't had to use Geek Squad yet which could be a good thing!

Scott has always been great to me. Their service is quick easy to communicate. I’m usually hesitant to buy it but with these types of items it’s worth it and they always pull through.

Luckily enough, I haven't needed this yet. A 2 yr contract seemed like a decent deal. This is for any mechanical needs. I did not buy install package. My daughter set it up for me.

First time trying xumo tv. Its great. All apps in one easy to use ui. Tv has hdr. Great features at a price that is more than reasonable.

We had Andrew from the Geek Squad come to our home to set up out new TV and sound bar. He was wonderful!! He answered all our “senior” questions and helped us feel comfortable with using the new technology. He was knowledgeable, accommodating, listened and answered our questions, and was professional. He told us we could call him if we had any additional questions which we have done. He was very patient with us. He made us feel comfortable with our new purchase. Wonderful!!!

Have only hardtop call but was assisted with professional.

This saved me money in the end and unlike a lot of insurance it was used at point of purchase which made the transaction simple.

TV was delivered and placed exactly where I wanted it. Answered all my questions. Very quick and effecient.

Best Buy offers the best warranty. I will not buy electronics without purchasing the Geek Squad protection plan. I’ve had a few large purchases that failed and Best Buy repaired or replaced my items just as promised. I suggest the extra expense for the protection to all my friends and family.

Geek Squad Protection for products is a great value. We have had to use it a few times and it was painless and easy. I would recommend getting it if you are purchasing high money products that you have the potential of damaging or electronics. Best Buy keep up the great work!

Seems like it was a smart move to purchase an additional warranty at a reasonable price.

Had to replace my other tv I bought from Best Buy and I bought the 5 year warranty and it’s great to have so you can use that replacement to get another tv!

The agents hooked up the TV and explained everything to us from turning it on to turning on Prime Video. These guys were very knowledgeable, smart, and especially patient with us and took their time to install the tv and were very neat and cleaned up after themselves including taking the box/trash with them. All I had to do was to sit down and enjoy my new TV.
