It's cheaper than most 5-year warranties on the market. I hope I never have to use it so I can't tell you how efficient and good the company will be. But I had a problem with Best buy once before and they fixed it as best as they could. Problem was delivered the wrong TV and they couldn't fix it until the deliverer said it was delivered which took them days.

I had a small issue with a tv I had purchased, I was in my last year of the geek squad warranty and I was able to get a whole new tv! Service was great and I recommend the extra protection.

Added peace of mind! Can't go wrong with the extra warranty.

I just purchased a 55 inch Samsung KS9000 television. I felt that it was important to also purchase 5 years of Geek Squad Protection. I have always had great experiences with Geek Squad. Anytime I have a problem, all I have to do is call them and they try to help me over the phone. If they cannot help over the phone, they come out to my house. The Geek Squad is always very professional, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them to all of my friends and family.

TV was pricy but has a great picture and works just fine. I wanted to hook up RCA stereo jacks from my stereo and this TV would do it by use of the ear phone jack. Many of the new TV's won't let you connect RCA jacks but Sony does! Streaming TV shows and 1080 or better cable look fantastic! The only thing I was disappointed about was it went on sale the day after I was eligible for price match. Literally went on sale the next day that would have saved me $50.00.

I had a five-year plan on my previous TV which went up unexpectedly. It took a couple weeks to have the TV looked at but they found it done. When they issued the replacement they gave me full value towards the new one. I actually upgraded my TV from the 50 inch switch died to a new 55 inch same brand for about 30 bucks!

Purchased the BB Geek Squad 5 year warranty as I purchased a new 65” LG G4 OLED.

The Geek Squad professionals quickly mounted my television and peripherals. Additionally, they assisted me in set-up and provided a thorough overview of the features.

They are the best!!! I would recommend them to anyone

Haven't had to use Geek Squad yet for any broken items but have purchased open box items in the past that they have certified and the items are always exactly as described so they seem to know how to rate items and what comes with and how to use a device. Geek Squad was also instrumental with getting me a refund on an installation gone bad on my dishwasher (note - Geek Squad wasn't the installer).

The Staff of Geek Squard are the best...Phil always greets me with a Welcoming Smile. His expertise is always astonishing to always helps me figure it out. Our challenging time on the Laptop or Internet are swift and rewarding with the answer to my dilemma! Jason, the GM, always helps me as well. He always takes time to make sure I have been given the best service. Great Star!!

One star lost after anticipated repair wasn't listed as solution (though appears to have occured) When I brought in my son's tablet for repair, the technician felt the port was bad and wrote it up as such. When it was returned, no port repair was listed, but upon observation, it appears to have been performed. I would have liked the complete repair process to have been documented. The charge cord was replaced as listed repair. Ultimately, the tablet is working/charging properly but I'm worried about the process. This time it was an unlisted repair. Next time it could be a claimed repair that wasn't performed.

Comes in handy when ya need it would get again in the future.

the tv works perfectly! its nice and loud. the best part is speaking into the remote for assistance

Good to have this protection on my 77 inch tv it is a great warranty to have. Their plan through Geek Squad is awesome.

Only used the service once so far but it was simple and the Geek Squad were very helpful!
