Worth EVERY CENT !! if your phone starts acting wonky or goes kerplunk GEEK SQUAD to the RESCUE !!

I always get my Best Buy items covered with Geek Squad. However, the turn around to have something repaired needs be improved upon. I have an 82 QLED, that failed on my on the 11th month of the manufacturer warranty. So I'm at the mercy of Samsung throwing parts at it and Geek Squad scheduling appointments until the issue is resolved. By the time the techs come back out to my house it will be two months of waiting.

I would recommend the service protection from The geek squad from Best buy it's affordable and service is great so go grab some geek squad protection on your appliance ,TV or any electronic that is offered on

Equipment or Appliance extended is my warm blanket of security. Anything goes wrong...Best Buy will make it right. Geek Squad always helpful...being an older person it's nice that while I don't know much the individual(s) behind the GEEK desk have always been patient. Warm blanket & Kindness...doesn't get much better than that! :)

I honestly never needed to use the service, so hats off to best buy for having quality items that outlast their warranty!!

I have used geek squad in the past but it’s nice to know I have them to help set up my devices. I would definitely recommend them I really think it’s a great service!

I bought this because the price was so good, and I have had Geek Squad protection plans before. Have not had to use it yet, but its there just in case.

Great protection plan specially for TVs as it covers everything

After spending over a grand on a 55 inch Sony Oled tv, the 5 year protection is a MUST HAVE for added peace of mind. This gives you an additional 4 years after the 1 year manufacturer's warranty expires. To me, this was a "no brainer" and since the TV was on sale with 900 dollars off the MSRP, the 5 year plan even cost me less.

Glad to have the option for support if anything breaks on this product.

I haven't had to use it yet but it's good to have on standby just in case.

We needed a TV fast for New Years so we looked for Open bix desls at the store. The price was great. But I have been super pleased with the picture quality snd ease of use. Hooking up DirecTv was a breeze and I hooked up blue ray, Vcr, Atari 2600, nintendo64 and a multiple game player (Nes,sega,sense, all work great! I love the smart tv menu LG uses its very user friendly. And extras like channel plus, amszon hulu etc are great. it has the ability to wirelessly connect to your phone. Wireless network setup was a breeze. I would recommend this TV
