Havent used it yet but im sure its great by the sounds of it

5-year Standard Geek Squad Protection is a no-brainer. Covers just about every incident that could happen to the equipment.

I bought the 5 year protection because like many, I want to feel at ease with my purchase. This is a must for any OLED purchases because if you do your research you know any fix is not cheap. This service covers most problems, burn ins etc. Plus knowing you don't have to haul your TV into the store and they will come to you (depending on tv size I believe) is a plus. I will enjoy my oled tv purchase, knowing I covered for 5 years

Due to scheduling/personnel shortages/general societal chaos etc it took a full week before anyone could get out to help us. I do not blame GS in any way. Once Steve arrived everything was taken care of in minutes. The entire process was explained and all will be well in just a few hours.

Avoid the hassle and expense of buyi g a new tv. I had two tv fail after 3 years. Both were covered by the 5 year extended warranty and either fixed or replaced without any hassle. I bought a plasma tv 14 years ago and still works without issue. These LEDs are less reliable

Great sound bar and is still work ! Bestbuy workers did fantastic helping me find the right one for my 75” Samsung tv!

Geek Squad projection is well worth the purchase. I used it for a TV I had for 4 1/2 years. I wish it was a little more simple use the protection though. I couldn’t bring TV in store. I had to wait for a service tech to come to my house which to took over a week. After tech came to my house later that day I was able to go to Best Buy and pick out a new TV with the credit they gave me for the old TV.

I haven't had to use it yet but i love having the option to use it if i were to need it.

Fortunately i haven't had to use it on my latest purchase but i have needed it on other purchases and was completely satisfied with the way it was handled and the results It's a Must have for electronic purchases for me

I always get the Best Buy warranties, they are great, never had a bad experience when i had to use my warranty. Worth getting.

Anytime I purchase anything over $500 I always purchase the extra protection plan. This way I know if something happens to my tv in that 5 year duration. Everything is covered as far as replacement parts, labor etc....

Geek Squad 5 years plan save my bacon on TV’s twice now, it’s a must have for any owners purchasing at Best Buy.

Great tv hidden feajtures that are free, great high resolution and the size is just perfect for a room Would highly advise you to get it

Nice tv picture quality but you have to sign into samsung every single time you do anything on this tv because SaMGSUnG suksballs
