We bought this for our previous TV. It failed just a few months before the protection expired. I called the Geek Squad, described the issue and he told me it was not repairable and I could exchange at the store. We bought a more expensive TV and only had to pay the difference. Very smooth and easy transaction. And very much worth buying on expensive items.

5 Yr Warranty Protection Is Amazing. Just never know what can ever happen to your appliances when you buy them especially at an Pricey Price. Anything is possible to happen so I went with the 5 yr warranty protection which it’s covered through “Geek Squad Protection”

Everyone should get the 2 year geek squad protection for any television that they purchase from Best Buy, because you got that extra protection if something goes terrible wrong like the television screen goes totally blurry or if the television screen stops working all together! Just having that extra protection is definetly worth the extra money, so that you are protected, and don't have to throw away your television into the trash can! Everyone should be protected! I've got 5 tvs on the house, all 5 samsung. If I had to buy another one, ot will be samsung. My phone is samsung. Just the best brand in the US

U purchased the Geek squad 2 year.to cover my 100" tv. An asset has to have protection.

Listen, I won't buy anything electronic without some assurance I'm going to have an exit strategy for when it goes kaput. Geek Squad by far has the best plan in the industry and has saved me from having to shell out major dollars more times than I can count on one hand. Its always straight-forward. You call, tech comes out and assesses the issue. They fix it or replace it... PERIOD!
