I bought a 5-year warranty at a very good price; I hope I won't have to use it.

The price was right. I have used the Geek Squad in the past and was pleased.

I have the 2-year Geek Squad plan for my TV. I filed a claim when my TV screen stopped working but still had sound. I booked an appointment with Geek Squad, and they came to the house. They serviced my TV and gave me the info to call and order my replacement since there were no parts to fix my issue. The same day I called and the representative helped me with the replacement, ordered the TV, and set up an exchange date. Got my new TV without issues and my grandmother is very happy to watch TV again! It took 2.5 weeks to complete this which was long, but I understand that they had a full schedule when I made the service appt. I would recommend Buybest and their Geek Squad Protection Plans. The technicians were nice and helpful, the representative was kind and resourceful, and the Geek Squad delivery was quick. Thank you Geek Squad!

I always find best buy delivery and product up to standard with no problem with whatever i buy,they are there name best buy

purchased it but have yet to use it. The TV we have still works

expensive for the item bought, I dont know why they want me to write at least 5o words, when 5 did it, so I had to write this extra meaninless information to meet their quota!

So far haven't needed any assistance other than what I got from the sales rep. who was very knowledgeable and helpful. Feel better about a TV with extension to the typical warranty.

The C4 OLED is the only way to go to see a magnificent performance in picture quality. The colors are stunning compared to any other TV’s.

Your crazy if you spend money for a nice tv or other items and do not protect it! The Geek squad is the way to go!

The installation of Microsoft 365 was a blessing and staff was knowledgeable.

I have not needed to use Geek Squad but it is nice to have peace of mind knowing if anything happens they have your back.
