Bought the TV in 2019. Power board failed and replaced in 2020. With warranty still left in 2024 the TV fails again and they tell me it possibly won’t be covered/will be junked. What’s the purpose of the warranty???

Easy to add on when picking up my soundbar. This was an open box good purchase so went with the warranty just in case.

Best protection to get for replaceable products especially after rough usage

In light of how much the TV cost itself, the pricing for the 2 yr service protection was worth it; but not any longer. I figure any real problem will likely happen within the 2 years. after that, repairs might not even be worth it as technology moves so fast.

Still waiting to take advantage of my geek squad card! But so far I have peace of mind for 5 years on my 83-in LG OLED G4

This is a great protection plan that worked out for me when I needed it. I had a very small dead pixel on my TV and Geek squad came to review it and the issue was quickly resolved as I was given a gift card to get a new TV.

I luckily have not had to use this but I always purchase it for peace of mind and it works. Often they forget to ask me if I want to add the protection when that happens I ask them for it.

Geek Squad helped us install our 65” tv, the associates were very helpful. I would use there services again.

I purchased geek squad protection, had issues with 98" TV I just purchased, they came out, however I could not reproduce the issues I was having, so nothing was fixed at the time. I originally had issues trying to get geek squad to come out, customer service was saying I was not covered, however, they did come to my residence after contacting them a second time.

Why by one year when you can get five year for a good price I really like this
