If you buy a television or anything over 200 bucks I would definitely recommend getting a protection plan because without it. It's like throwing your money out the window, there are so many different manufacturers making products now you just don't know if your product will be any good or last. So I definitely recommend getting a protection plan.

Just purchased this service but it gives me comfort if something should happen and i have the Geek Squad.

I wrote another review for the first extended warranty I had purchased from the geek squad. My dad’s TV had gone out and had been discontinued. The geek squad came to the house and within days had a new TV installed and running for my dad. I had purchased the first warranty, thank God I was those TVs are expensive. So when this TV went out and was replaced I also purchased another extended warranty for a Christmas present just in case the TV went out again. They did a great job and thank God I purchased the warranty.

Every time I buy a big item I buy it with the 5-year protection plan I haven't regretted it yet Best buy has honor the deal and I protected my family

Geek squad is amazing and have helped alot with electronic issues.

Thankfully, I haven't had to call them about my tv, but I've had good luck with them in the past of laptops and other pcs.

The service and support is excellent and Work They are very compliant and perform their work very well

Purchased this for my last 75 inch TV, 2 years in and one of the rows of pixels went out. Geek squad came out to my house and within 20 minutes they diagnosed the problem, I received an email accepting the claim and they gave me full credit toward my new TV. Within 2 hours I picked up my replacement TV in the store.

The geek squad has never disappointed me. Anytime i called with a issue they guided me through each step with no problem.

I haven’t had to use the service yet, and only felt I needed it due to the nature of OLED screens. Hopefully if the time comes I need to use it, there won’t be any additional problems.

I have had geek squad in the past and they fixed a TV for me after 3 years I had a great experiencein the past and purchased a five year plan with my new 85 in TV

Great TV for an affordable price :) Has a clear image and sound and was very easy to set up.

This is a fan favorite for me. Best Buy is the only place I buy electronics because of this service.

I feel the folks at Geek Squad are patient, kind, and professional whether I contact them day or night. Most of the time we get the issue resolved online. There has been only 2 times where they said I needed to bring it in to the store. I believe it has been worth the fee because I live in a rural area and it is a 30 mile drive from my town to my Best Buy store.

Happy that I purchased he Geek Squad, now a days you can never tell when your appliances will go hey wire and it's always a good to have peace of mind knowing that paying for the extended service will help you if you ever need it. I make it a habit to get the Geek Protection for all my purchases at Best Buy, so far it has been one of the best decisions I have made along with the great purchases I have also made. There is no where else to go for service like Best Buy or selection for what you are looking for.

Purchased my tv with a 5 year warranty. Four years later my tv is having issues with what seems to be the wifi card which was replaced. But 2 weeks later the tv is having issues again and they are unwilling to come and take a look at the tv, blaming my wifi at home. I have other electronics at home that work fine without any issues only the tv is having problems. I have video proof of what the tv is doing but yet they blame my wifi. The tv is turning off the wifi on its own, there is no setting to turn this off. I will not be buying again from best buy, let alone use the geek squad service again.

Guys we all know when purchasing items such as tv. It is no brainer "Purchase Protection" for your big ticket item. Few dollars more will add a sense of security and relief, if anything happens to your tv Geek Squad to the rescue!

You can never go wrong with extra protection. Especially when it comes with zero parts or labor charges. And you can go into any Best Buy to make a claim.
