Haven’t used it. Hoping to not have to. Bought just in case.

I was happy with Insignia 50" bought two, one went down a year later, glad I purchased a warranty! I would purchase purchase again only with warranty. I purchased two 50" Samsung's that lasted 2 and 3 years that didn't have warranty. I have a 48" Panasonic Plasma from 2008 that's still strong. I have family and friends that own Insignia for years with no issues. Bottom line, luck of the draw, buy a warranty!

Great protection plan for my Samsung TV. Grabbed the the twobyear plan.

The Geek Squad gives you all the reassurance you need with a new product that IF anything goes wrong, you're covered. Samsung has a good warranty but with the Geek Squad behind you the worries are gone.

Geek squad was excellent. Clean install and took all garbage with them. Wouldn't even know they were here. Perfect.

The reason for the 4 stars is because of all the problems trying to set up the appointment to come out and install the Tv. I purchased a 55” smart tv. The installation appointment was changed 3 times. Other than that the service was great!!

This is a great service to have with your cellphone.

My girlfriend and I purchased the Vizio 50" M50-D1 Smartcast without knowing exactly what to expect because that model was in between the ones on display at the time. Let me tell you though, that i was blown away by this TV! We hadn't even realized until unboxing it that it came with it's own tablet/controller, which is a cool bonus feature. This 4K TV far exceeded all of my expectations, looking as crisp and vibrant as some of the much more expensive competitors on the market. For the price, you absolutely can't go wrong!!

Bought this tv in Dec. 2000. It was a decent tv at a great price until the screen no longer worked. Geek Squad to the rescue. My tech Josh was the nicest guy and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue and gave me a step by step answer of how to resolve my issue. I couldn't recommend Geek Squad enough and will never go with out it again.

After wandering the Internet for a few weeks looking for the best option for a TV, I came across this unit. I was concerned after calling Samsung and them telling me that it did not support Plex. I went into the local store and was looking at another system and while talking with the guy about the TV I came in for he brought my attention back to this one. I explained that I called Samsung about the Plex issue, but he was certain that it supported Plex. So we got the one on the internet and after a quick update it loaded up Plex... I couldnt have been happier!

Haven’t had to use it and hopefully won’t but it’s nice to know I’m protected should I need it

If you purchase something with relatively high value, protect it with Geek Squad!

Geek Squad is the best friend to any big purchase you make. You got questions, concerns they are here for you. I have never had a problem and have purchased Geek Squad with all my Best Buy purchases that I know I will use daily.

Very good quality tv and the 65” fit out layout nicely. Tv remote is a little slow or maybe its the UI but I use apple tv so I dont have to deal with that too much. It does have shortcut buttons for netflix, prime video and disney+ on the remote which is nice. It only has two hdmi ports which sucks for a big tv

When I bought my first television from Best Buy, I purchased the geek squad protection. Thankfully, I did, as my television had problems. Upon examination of the product, I was able to get a new television under the protection. Best Buy was very helpful and honored the protection purchased by me for the television. It was a positive experience. I have since bought many more different products and always purchase the geek squad protection. It is well worth the extra money to have peace of mind. They are the best!!

I dealt with another brand TV for 8 months. Intermittent jittering was the issue. They finally refunded all my my funds and I purchased the LG OLED TV. I couldn't be any happier. The picture is amazing, even when the source is 1080P. A 4K source is phenomenal. If you research upscaling, you will find that it is quite a feat, to do it right. LG's OS has it figured it out. Others have not.

It such a peace of mind to have Geek Squad support. I've used them twice and they were a live saver. I use the Miami Beach location and they are very professional - prompt service. VERY Satisfied.
