    excellent warranty had a problem with the tv i had bought they checked it out said it couldnt be fixed gave me credit and i bought a different tv im very happy with

    When purchasing the Hisense U8G wanted to make sure I get from Best Buy warranty no other protection plan even comes close to giving you money back when tv can not be fixed. Remember don’t use warranty 1st year. The manufacturer needs to help. 2nd year and on is when you use

    Just for the overall piece of mind I would implore people to buy the extended warranty on ALL major electronics purchases! You have such a great knowable staff with the Geek Squad just waiting to help you in all aspects of your life with such product! It has been a lifesaver to this family of mine in the past which is why we always buy the coverage!

    I've thankfully only had to use the protection plan a few times, but the service and resolutions were always satisfactory. I wouldn't get for cheap items, but anything over $500 is definitely worth it! I buy many items from best buy, and always get the protection plan for major items.

    We were reluctant to purchase the Geek squad service but so glad we did. We have need help several times and we also purchased a new TV and it is covered with 2 day shipping. Love it!

    I always believe in purchasing extended warranty on expensive items and this TCL 65" Q TV was no exception. In the past whenever I had problems with my other TV's, etc. the Geek Squad was right there to make things right saving me a lot more $ than the Best Buy protection cost. It really is a good investment.

    Geek Squad was accommodating in that they replaced my 5 year warranty that was purchased in April of 2017 and gave me a new one that started with my new TV purchased October 2020, they had to replace since my old tv that I purchased in April 2017 was damaged when it was sent to be repaired by Geek Squad.

    My brand new LG TV (December) went out and Best Buy passed me along to LG because it was still under warranty. Best Buy would have had this already fixed, but now my TV is out, has been for over a week and the terrible repair people that LG passed me off on are saying that MAYBE sometime next week it will be fixed. TERRIBLE! Why did I pay Best Buy extra to protect it if they are not doing anything about my dead TV? I sure hope that 2 year protection plans restarts itself once my TV is actually operational again.

    If you buy anything from bestbuy, make sure you Geeek squad ! They are amazing people, and they will fix anything you have. I have not had any problem with my Geek Squad.

    About 15 months after purchasing my 65 inch Hisense TV it developed a problem. Periodically, I would have to unplug the TV and then plug it back in in order to get it to turn on. The Geek Squad was unable to secure the parts necessary to correct this problem, so they delivered and installed a new TV. I was very pleased with this outcome and the prompt service.

    Had a burn spot in my tv and they couldn't fix it so gave me full credit amount to buy new T.V. no hassle will always buy this plan from them because of how professional they were with helping us and honoring what they said

    The geek squad was on the phone trouble shooting what was wrong with our first TV. With his help he discovered that the first set had a problem with the picture elements.

    Always hard to want to spend the extra on a warranty you may not use. For us though it saved us from having to spend alot to replace our tv when it burned out but still under warranty
