I bought this for insurance for my 98” television. It is a little pricey but the coverage is good and it would pay for itself with one call.

Its so easy to use my whole family loves it samsung is a reliable brand.

Always protect your technology, you never know if you got a lemon or the product goes out before your protection ends. Geek squad will be there to assist, and they have great customer service.

I purchased this back up plan in connection with one of the TVs that I use for gaming and watching streaming movies. It is great to know that I can have the peace of mind that my item will get fixed if there is a problem. I will also be purchasing the protection for gifts for my parents so they can also have the same piece of mind.

No worries about future problems even with furniture.

Best buy protection is worth it especially if accidental damage from handling is part of the plan. I had that plan on my Microsoft surface pro 3 and had the unfortunent event of damaging the screen beyond repair, I had renewed the plan twice and I was so happy I did because I was able to get my surface replaced and now I have the pro 6. I will continue to get protection from now on!

Thnak god for protection because i can get another tv or get it fixed if anything wrong happens to my electronics. I love Best Buy items.

Geek Squad is amazing! I need them for the TV I just purchased and for the new printer I need to buy.

There is a large central white halo in the middle of the TV screen. I only found out about this AFTER mounting it unfortunately (having adhered to all instructions and precautions very carefully). I am a healthcare worker and have to travel for work a lot so by the time I got back home, unpackaged it and set up the wall mount, it was on day 16th from delivery date (past the 15 day return policy. Very unfair). Extremely disappointed at Sony products. Do NOT buy.

Consider the cost of the tv i bought and they guarantee it for 5 years. I see tvs all over on cl selling w bad pixels or a line. If this hapoens in 4 years from nowwell i call best buy and tgey bring me a samsung series 9 tv that has 3d to my house and haul off the bad one who wouldnt want their tech replaced with the new updated version?

I was standing over at the oled TV's and the guy who worked there asked me if I was thinking about buying one and I said yes! So he ask me to look at something he had on sale and it was a B7 55" lg oled tv! He showed me the price and my jaw dropped when I saw the price "699" and I said yes I will take it And I purchased this warranty and I am very happy with my purchase because this tv is great!

had geek squad protection on this tv screen went out so they covered all but a few dollars of the cost of a new model to replace old one....

The customer service I received was favorable The geek squad replaced my TV with a newer one and delivered it right into my living room. They were friendly.
