Five years for $30, sold! I bought this warranty for a low priced Insignia television and it just seems like a no-brainer that for $30 I am guaranteed to have a TV that works for five years. In this disposable electronics time we live in, I could not upgrade in three years for $30, so again it is a great deal.

One of the best tv ever. If it’s not Sony, I always go for lg. Got this on clearance and it is full of features. Way better than it’s competitor.

Well its geek squad. I don't buy anything with out it. Always been able to work any issues with the items i have protected by GeekSquad. Excellent service.

Had to use this for the laptop we purchased. Good investment as the laptop itself was on the cheaper end and I was worried about reliability. Replaced the screen and speakers 20 months into the plan. Actually got an updated motherboard out of the repair as well.

My TV got burn in around 3 years in, and after 4 years, started flickering. I returned it to best buy and got a replacement TV with equivalent specifications and value.

With today’s quality in electronics, you need an extended warranty plan. I’ve had to use it a while back on another product and the Geek Squad rep came to my house to address and repair the issue. It’s cheap insurance worth having.

Purchased this Geek Squad protection plan to hedge my investment into our new Sony flat screen TV. Hopefully, I may never have to use it but if I do, I am confident that Best Buy will fix the problem quickly and without any hassles.

I've actually had to use this service before with a crappy Vizio TV i had in the past and if they can fix it they fix it if they can't fix it and the TV is crap they will let you exchange it no questions so if you protect your investment then you need this.

Geek Squad answered all my questions. I'm glad they offer this service to people like me who don't understand everything about technology.

My Geek Squad protection plans, of which I have several is a prime reason why I purchase all of my major and minor appliances from Best Buy. Whenever something goes wrong, which is not often, Geek Squad is there to take care of it. Outstanding!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

At first I was thinking I would self-insure myself with my very expensive 75 inch Sony TV. But after reading some reviews about how costly this model is to repair I decided to opt for the five year protection plan for a piece of mine. It was very expensive however, even considering I Purchased total tech.

The Geek Squad people are very friendly and professional. I buy most of my electronics at Best Buy and use Geek Squad Protection for all of my expensive purchases.

Got this protection for my TV. Haven’t had to use it but I always get the protection because of the great customer service I have ever had when I have had to use them. Better to be safe then sorry

Tech came to look at my tv, could not replicate the issue but I had pictures and showed it to him And he took care of everything
