Absolutely great warranty/protection plan for the money. You get five years of coverage on this TV and some peace of mind so you don’t have to worry after making such a sizable purchase Best Buy always has your back!!!

I don’t usually like to buy extended warranties for appliances or electronics, but I make an exception when it comes to TVs purchased from Best Buy. I would so much rather work with the Geek Squad than directly with the manufacturer. It’s worth it for peace of mind.

for tv it was kind of brutal . The tv was broke the guy had to come out and change the main board in the tv before giving us a new tv. So this took almost 2 months. We did not have a tv for almost 2 months Every time they came they had to replace the same thing ... The tv was 500 dollars instead of replacing it they spent 3000 on 3 boards that did not work, whatever they had to pay the guys to come out and work every time for 2 hours, This was honestly ridiculous. Nothing made sense. luckily we finally got the replacement after the 3rd time and thats the only reason we get 1 more star.

This feature adds a little extra peace of mind. I would definitely recommend.

The Geek Squad service agreements are the best. If they can't fix it, you can credit to buy something else. They have always been very professional, helpful and understanding when I needed help.

Haven't needed to use it yet thankfully, and I hope that continues, but it's nice to know it's there.

Geek squad protection is a must wear any electronics Purchased at Best Buy you might think you don’t need it, until you do.

The quality of the tv is great and i love how they shipped it to my houseand let me know when it was gonna arrive!

I bought it for my tv, but when I had problem with my tv display they refused to fix it saying that there’s a physical damage; however there were absolutely no physical damage at all and it was like new. They told me even though there’s no visible damage but it is considered physical damage. I just wasted my money buying geek squad protection

I haven’t used them yet, but I’m confident that if I need to call them they will get the job done.

I always get the warranty and it pays off. twice now I have had TV issues from TV's that I have bought from Best buy and both times due to the warranty I was able to return the TV and get money back towards a new TV. I highly recommend getting a warranty with any large electronic purchase.

Well worth the money! I recommend always purchasing a protection plan when purchasing any item from Best buy! I have had good positive experiences when it comes to geek squad so far can't say anything bad about them..

I havent needed to use it yet, but its nice to have the protection when i need it.

Decision to jump in such a great deal was the best choice, great deals everyday.

I was glad I paid for the extra protection cause Geek Squad definitely had my back when my TV went out.
