I had problems with 2 items i bought and both times was excellent

5 Year Standard Geek Squad Protection has been a money saver in the past when it comes to the latest in electronic equipment. It seems like the more features in electronics the more susceptible to being harmed. So it can be worth it for expensive items.

I buy a warranty for almost every household item I buy if I don’t use it that’s money lost but I’ve had to warranty stuff before

Purchase the 5-year warranty because it was priced well. Geek squad is awesome but I hope I don't have to use them lol.

I recently called the Geek Squad and they set up an appointment to come to my home. They called before arrival, very knowledgeable and did some adjustments on my 82” LG tv…. Problem solved.

purchased this just incase i need it to protect my items hope that I don’t have to use it but better to be safe then sorry

Great price for a 5 year protection plan, if something breaks, you would spend a lot more without it

Would not purchase a major appliance without it. Best Buy’s warranty picks up when the manufacturers ends unlike most that charge you and arm and a leg and then have the guts to run it concurrently!

The agents mounted my TV and connected all my devices. They were efficient and very pleasant.

[Employee of bestbuy] This tv was easy to set up and I thought it was going to be too big for the living room but it was actually what I needed.

I purchased a plasma TV several years ago and it stopped working a couple months before the warranty ended. The plan ordered a new part and fixed my 5 year old TV making it essentially brand new. The one downside was it took about 2 months for them to get the part for the TV.

I don't have a review for this one, hope I never need The geek squad

Insurance or additional Protection is always a good thing to have, makes for Carefree Viewing of Sports, Movies & Drama

I will NEVER own an electronic device without Geek Squad. In more than one instance I have had devices quick working and they were completely replaced because of Geek Squad. Help with set up or issues is also AMAZING!

Free in home service for tvs that are over 45 inches. Granted manufacturers like samsung do the same thing but only for the one year that they offer their warranty for and they do not cover electric surge damage. no brainer when you are spending so much money on a television

It is great knowing that my tv is protected against any issues that may arise with the geeksquad protection

I haven’t had to use it yet but it does bring some comfort knowing my purchase is protected if something happens to it.

Great service I should have got this before my first tv suddenly stopped working repairing was more money so I decided to buy new with geek squad now I am much satisfied geek squad have my back if any issue comes with tv
