I would definitely recommend getting this service on any product u buy from electronics purchased. I had a glitch and they came out and fixed it and i have not had any problems since great deal!!

I typically do not purchase warranties. However, the Geek Squad Service program was too good to pass on. Five years is a long period of time for an insurance/warranty program.

everytime I buy expensive devides i get the protection plan its a good safety nest. Ive had a tv break on me after few years and got my money back to go towards a new one.

I went with the 5 year protection plan since it was only $40 more than the 3 year. I was pleased to find out 55 inch and higher geek squad comes to your house to fix the tv if you have any problems!

Fortunately, I haven't had to use the service to this date. But the added peace of mind I'm experiencing is worth the purchase price knowing that if I have ANY issues, The GEEK SQUAD has my back.

Just the thought alone with having 2 years of geek squad protection is awesome sometimes things does not begin to function properly anymore til after the 2 years but just Incase it’s always great to have.

I hope to never need it but if my expensive tv dies hopefully geok squad will be there to live up to the promises

The agents helped me setup my television, the gents were very helpful and professional.

So far, no problems, I like the Geek squad very much. This is why I purchased this product from best buy. I bought the 5 year warranty so I hope the freezer lasts this long. It is a nice side for my manufacture home.

Great protection plan for the television if something happens to it

I didn't need to use my geek tv insurance I did purchase it on a 2yr warranty..I haven't had it too long yet!!!

Have not had to use yet, but have in the pay and had good success with repairing my devices

Whereas the manufacture's warranty will only fix defective parts and products, the Geek Squad over at Best Buy can fix just about anything wrong with your item, minus physical damage to it. for about 55 bucks, that is certainly a great deal.

Tv is working great and the color is way better than I expected. Thanks bestbuy!
