Some agents are helpful some are just ignorant, i had to deal with few of them for my 1 transaction, over all was okay service.

If you're gonna buy something it's worth the warranty just pay the money and no hassle.

Well i personally think people should get the GSP because accidents happen and not only that but especially if you live in Florida.

Didn’t even know we had this until the review request was sent to me. Have not needed to use it. I’m glad it’s there, just in case.

Appliances were installed to required specs and service man educated us on starting up the gas stove and what to expect. Kind and courteous.

I was allowed to exchange my television; however, I was not happy with the policy for larger televisions. Customer service insisted that a technician would come to my home to check to see what was wrong. I have a choose as to who I allow into my home and I did not appreciate feeling pressured to allow them to come. I requested a refund because they were unrelenting.

can't beat in home service. did all installation , answered questions. we all need geeks sometimes.
