I was allowed to exchange my television; however, I was not happy with the policy for larger televisions. Customer service insisted that a technician would come to my home to check to see what was wrong. I have a choose as to who I allow into my home and I did not appreciate feeling pressured to allow them to come. I requested a refund because they were unrelenting.

I always get Geek Squad protection for my electronics and tech. It is worth it. Pro rate alse comes with it usually.

Everything about this tv is awesome, I cant believe the picture quality on this. In my opinion this is better the the Samsung tv. I have directv and this tv up-scales everything to 4k or near 4k.

I haven't had to use this service, so it is kind of hard to review. But, for peace of mind, it is good.

I have not used geek squad care since 2013 however i hope it is worth it from what i remember.

we purchased a new Samsung TV, and decided that a protection plan was a good idea, so that we dont have to worry about sending a huge tv back to Manfacture. Best Buy will handle if a problem arises.

As I have said before, get the protection plan! Huge convenience factor if you need it! Best Buy. And great geek squad service!

It was great, got my Tv replaced no problems. Sad i had to use it but overall it was fine. Got an even better TV in my opinion

I like having the 2 yr service agreement. If I had any questions about what was covered, they easily explained. On a new tv this size, I felt it necessary to have this.

Got this for a tv we bought our granddaughter at college so if anything goes wrong she can simply take back to Best Buy no problem.

Usually Geek Squad offers the best deal and service for larger home purchases. I've used for washer, dryer, dishwasher, stove, fridge and microwave. Geek squad treats me well.

Great price for since the tv wasn’t that expensive so went ahead and purchased it. Hopefully I don’t ever need to use it though
