First time trying xumo tv. Its great. All apps in one easy to use ui. Tv has hdr. Great features at a price that is more than reasonable.

I've had two Samsung flat screens die at the 4 year mark. I had the 5 year warranty on the, First time it only cost me around $100 for a replacement. This time I switched to Sony and it cost me a couple hundred over the warranty refund. So I purchased the the 5 yr warranty on the Sony.

I bought the 5 year Geek Squad protection for my previous Hisense TV that stopped working about 2 years later. It wasn't cost effective to fix it so they replaced it with another Hisense TV which I also bought another 5 year protection. I am so happy I had protection!

This plan offers great piece of mind to protect any of your electronics purchased at Best buy. Highly recommend purchasing the extended plans.

Haven't had to use the Geek Squad Service on an item in a while but when I have I've been pleased with the customer service.

Hopefully I never have to use my geek squad protection, but I have peace of mind knowing it's there if I ever need it! I've been shopping at Best Buy as long as I can remember and they've always treated me good!

Gsp is a must for all my products from best buy. I dont really recommend totaltech if you don’t need computer help. But if you are a frequent buyer i recommend just purchasing the geeksquad protection plan on your items. If you purchase totaltech youll be paying more for the membership every year than the plan outright for each item.

Strongly recommend this if you are purchasing an oled tv. I recently had to use mine for burn in on an oled tv. Best Buy took care of it with no issue.

It’s definitely worth having protection in case anything happens.

I like having a piece of mind should anything go wrong.

When I tell you that Geek Squad service is flippin AWESOME that's what I mean they really go hard trying to help and if they can't do it then they roll out a new product or a refund......I love me some Geek Squad!!

I always get my Best Buy items covered with Geek Squad. However, the turn around to have something repaired needs be improved upon. I have an 82 QLED, that failed on my on the 11th month of the manufacturer warranty. So I'm at the mercy of Samsung throwing parts at it and Geek Squad scheduling appointments until the issue is resolved. By the time the techs come back out to my house it will be two months of waiting.

So far not much to say. But It worked very well in the past, so I decided to buy it again.

Customer service is phenomenal. The tv is perfectly set up. Highly recommend.

The Geek Squad agent was very polite and helpful!! He corrected the issue with my Samsung Smart Tv very quickly the agent was very friendly and really was most qualified geek Squad member I have ever had the pleasure of being serviced by this knowledgeable and very professional person

I've used this service to install my TV brackets to hang my TV and set up my surround sound. Awesome job guys.
