Just got my new tv. Was using an older 1 given to me and it went out. I made sure to buy the protection plan so if something happened I knew I'd be covered for any help I'd needed!!

It’s always to add their warranty cause they always take care of the item without question!

We have purchased this coverage on another TV and it really paid off for us! The TV had a defect after 3 years of use and this protection coverage replaced it. Of course the model was discontinued so they gave us another TV... for the same amount we had paid 3 years earlier! We were upgraded to a state of the art TV with all the bells and whistles! It is worth investing in this coverage!! We will always purchase it for our high end purchases!

I have used Geek Squad in the past and was happy with them. I haven’t used them lately, but feel they will be good.

Agents came in assessed my TV and because it was under created a ticket to have it exchanged for a working and newer set. I purched an extended warranty for the new TV as well. It is a financial lode saver.

Great website to order from and had no issues buying or picking up. Also have had no issues setting up myself.

I hope I never have to use it, but I'd still highly recommend it. I bought this with a big screen television, mainly because if something does happen, they (Geek Squad) will come to you to repair it, rather than having to lug it back into the store. That's worth everything it costs and more.

Always nice to have the option for help if something goes wrong! Haven’t needed it yet (fingers crossed) but best to always cover yourself just in case with these big purchases!

Fortunately I got a working TV and have not had to test the warranty yet, but this tv will get used a lot in our bedroom so I got the warranty for 30.00. If it quits the cashier said I could just replace it for a year then they will fix it or refund my money when something happens.

Great value. I don’t have to worry about my tv not working. I can just call the Geek Squad.

Great protection plan for my Samsung TV. Grabbed the the twobyear plan.

I like the idea of having extra protection. My hope was that it would be added on to the original warranty instead of dual coverage. Our last TV purchase was from Best Buy in 2007. That TV died "one day," after the warranty was up. It was a $500 repair to replace the motherboard. It is my hope that this new TV will last us 13+ yrs. without any costly repairs.

For the price this is a great economy 4K HDR television. I paid $300 plus tax and extended warranty and really wasn’t expecting very much. When I had finally set it up (Actually it practically sets itself up) I was very surprised to see how great the picture was especially when in HDR mode. I ran videos from YouTube and showed family members and they were all enjoying it very much. For $300, or less, I don’t see how you can do better. This transaction was done in October 2019.

Even though I have the Total Tech protection for my home and all of my equipment, I still purchase the extended warranty protection for whatever life may throw at you. I have had to use it a couple of times and that more than paid the cost of obtaining it. when you spend hundreds of dollars on an item you use daily, give yourself the peace of mind of protecting it as well.
