You may not think it’s worth it now but accidents do happen from point a to b or the cat or dog we’re playing a bit to hard. Don’t walk out without your insure item.

I'm so glad I had the protection plan, they replaced my TV with a new one, which was a newer model. The one "downfall" is they give you credit for the current value of the TV instead of the price one paid for the product. Besides that the service was excellent and very professional.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've been buying products at Best Buy since 2006 from laptops...to tablets....Cameras... to TV and Ring home security cameras...Their protection plan is the only one I buy for products bc when something doesnt work they Fix it right away and can bring some items to store like tablets or laptops...while at other stores all items need to be shipped out for fixing

They were easy to schedule, prompt, polite, and very knowledgeable and efficient. We are so inept in anything electronic, but they explained how to use the new TV and music setup in terms we can understand.
