I always get the warranty when I buy TVs or high price electronics.

Great to have even if I never use it. Just knowing my Tv is covered makes owning the 5 year coverage is worth it.

Well it’s protecting so that’s good! Haven’t had to use it so that’s even better

We didn't hesitate to get this service warranty from geek squad for my 65" smart TV. This TV was an upgraded Replacement to our 55" which broke down beyond repair before the geek squad warranty expired.

Tv went out and geek squad came out the diagnosis the tv. They ordered the part and was back out to fix the tv the Saturday after thanksgiving. Tech Frank did an amazing job

The 5 year warranty on Tv is the only to protect your investment, I believe! I was able to get this tv because of previous warranty! I will always get piece of mind at Best Buy!

The Geek Squad service is always excellent, no complaints with them. The only part that sucks is how fast the protection plan deuterates. Used on a TV and within 4 months of purchase we lost a good chunk of the money when having to do a return. Not sure it is worth paying for, but was helpful.

This is a no-brainer. I signed up again for my new TV. They setup the TV, make all connections and ensure it is ALL working before they leave. They are prompt, courteous and very, very knowledgeable.

Denise was very professional and knoedgeable about the claims process and made it very easy.

I realize that this review is for a protection plan. But here you go. In the past when I've had to use my protection plan, I was always happy that I had it. Other companies offer protection plans but there is always the "fine print". Not here . Best Buy is Awesome with customer service and honoring this plan. Hassle-free. Buy it... just in case. you never know when you might need it.

Cant go wrong with 55" samsung s90c qd-oled. colors are vibrant ,Crystal clear picture and wildly thin profile. Good build quality. Game experience is top notch.

So far haven’t used it at all I am wondering if it was worth it and to that I say I can’t wait to try out the actual services but to be honest I would Rather have the product last and be trouble free

5 years of protection is a must! Especially if you're buying expensive OLED TVs

So worth the added investment I am replacing a 65" TV that was previously covered by an extended warranty,I normally never buy them but luckily I did. The TV picture started to fail and after 4 years it was still covered under the extended warranty although I admit the process took time they reimbursed me for the original full purchase price.

I feel that when you spend over $300 on a tv you should buy an extended warranty! It’s better to be covered in the event something goes wrong! I like that it will be serviced in my home because of the size of the TV! So for 5 years I can be reassured that I can have my tv for years to come!

They have the best of quality customer service would definitely recommend for all your electronics and appliances!
