Great service Geek sqaud never lets me down and they even show me and help me understand things i dont understand

So because of my C1 TV just shutting off I decided to get this extra protection plan to protect my C2 TV for an extra year, hopefully I don’t have any problems so far so good

This warranty set my mind at ease when I made my purchase, because I was able to enjoy my purchase without any worries if something were to go wrong.

I've had my item for going on 8 months now I haven't had to use anything on the warranty yet but I do know that you can renew your warranty once it is up so I must say knowing that you can do that is great because takes a lot of watery off you if your device is getting old and you having problems with it I must have all your electronics a great safety net

Best extended coverage on the market in my opinion. The first OLED tv I owned suffered from Screen burn in. This is the only coverage I know of that covers burn in. They replaced my TV with the same or newer model. If you are making a high dollar purchase make sure to protect it.

I glad I purchased the additional coverage. It puts me at ease knowing if something goes wrong with the TV, I will be in good hands. I just purchase another TV and soundbar and wireless surround sound speakers today. I purchased coverage on all 3 items. NO worries.

The quality on the screen is impeccable and don’t get me started on the colors. truly worth every penny. it fits perfectly in any setting. If you want luxury and quality, this is it.

Purchased this 5 year plan for my OLED Tv. Best buy is the only retailer I found that covers burn in as part of their warranty. Only warranty worth the price for OLEDs in the U.S

Absolute garbage OS. Won’t connect using Ethernet using a 1Gbps fiber connection. Won’t stay connected on Wi-Fi 6 mesh. Can’t login using TV or app. Won’t update apps because they’re not installed but they’re also installed by default? Can’t add tv as a device because my email is already registered to the device? Replacing with Sony. $4.5k piece of garbage.

Normally I don't like protection or extended warranties plans. I figure if you buy good products if anything goes wrong it will happen doing the warranty period. But recently I had some bad experience and feel this is worth the money.

Good option if you need to use the service to service electronics

I always try to get a protection plan when i buy more expensive items.

I have used them in the past when my computer was hacked into. Hackers really messed up my computer. I appreciated the service Geek Squad did for me. They cleaned it well. Problem was solved...and I got my money back from my Visa Card....The hackers were really stupid--committed fraud BIG TIME!

This is a must for almost every large purchase. They called me to ask if they could deliver early, which is the best. Thank you!

This insurance is awesome. Twice I've had to replace televisions with this insurance and they were completely covered.

My grandson mounted my TV on the wall. When the TV was delivered, I was shown how it operates. I'm very pleased.
