So far so good since best buy has honored its warranties for me by either repairing or replacing electronic products that stopped working for no good reason.

Got this TV for my room, and it fits perfectly in the space I had, great quality and have not had any problems with it

It's always have geek squat to fix things quickly when you need it reasonable.

Very nice and professional. He arrived within the time limit. Completed 3 jobs. Set me ring door bell camera, installed a chime and faster modem.

I bought the 5 year protection plan for my tv through geek squad

They came in and mounted my tv to the wall. They did a great job

Had a dent in our new refrigerator and when we called the agent was able to compensate us for the damage. We ended up using the extra funds towards a new 55in TV. Thank you.

I am always a little skeptical of these warranties, but it certainly paid off for me. Highly recommend

I have only once not buy the warranty and that one time I didn’t the tv starting having issues! The other 3 times I got the warranty I have not needed to use it yet! It’s worth it just in case!

Originally was not going to purchase but decided to go ahead because TVs are now computers and having had to replace a bad piece of hardware unexpectedly on my PC was expensive. I liked the coverage, cost and peace of mind offered. I can't give 5 stars till I actually use which I hope won't be needed.

I enjoy having peace of mind with purchasing the geek sqaud protection plan. I haven't needed it, but it's definitely nice to know it's there.
