I have been a long-time customer. My tablet was damaged I opened the package and dropped it, screen cracked and the service I received went so smoothly. I glad I had ins. coverage, but your geek squad took care of my purchase. I give them a 4-star rating because there's always room for improvement. We got the 5 year warranty on an out of the box TV and so well worth it .. TV had a bad cooling fan when we first turned it on so we took it to Geek Squad and they sent it to Samsung and they replaced the Motherboard .. the TV looks and is amazing

When I purchased my first big purchase Tv, I found that Hisense had a great deal on one of their more budget premium options but I was hesitant because of quality control concerns. In the end there was a minor issue with the panel of my tv a couple years into owning it. When I called geek squad about the issue I was able to get my entire tv replaced!! They helped turn a curse into a blessing. Worth every penny.

This product came in handy on several occasions. Would definitely recommend when buying products from Best Buy.

Geek squad is amazing and Best Buy has treated me so well through the whole buying process. Even having to return a couple defective TVs. I wouldn't hesitate to buy this because of the white glove service. Even with other options like SquareTrade available.

Picked the geek squad protection with my new 70 inch TV. Can’t go wrong with this warranty. Hopefully I don’t ever need to use it but the cost is definitely worth the cost. I bought the new Tv due to an accident with my old tv that would have been covered if I had this service in the 1st place…

This set show a great picture. The audio quality straight out the set is good. Most HDTV you need a soundbar but not with this set. The only drawback is the system it runs on. Just another account I must keep up with.

Best protection at a fraction of the price. I wouldn't buy without this protection.

Geek Squad Came Through with the Factory Warranty did not!

Excellent service the few times I've made a phone call to them.

So glad I bought the extended warranty for the Samsung 50in series 8 tv. The warranty I got was for 5yrs. The TV worked great for the past 4 years then the screen didn't show anymore. I called customer service and they replaced it with bigger TV for the same price I paid for the smaller TV of the same brand. Great coverage. Thanks BestBuy.
