Great service on everything I love everything they do a nice job

I'm just going to make this short and sweet. You better off buying a Geek Squad or Best Buy protection / warranty plan along with any major purchases you make like a TV, sound system, refrigerator, cell phone, computer and washer/dryer. They are 98% of the time way better than the actual manufacturer's warranty and cover more. And give you less hassle when replacing or need to repair whatever you bought.

It's the best protection plan I've bought. They came in and did a same-day repair on my TV and it was up and running. When it started having issues again and eventually died on me, Best Buy set me up with a new model of the same TV! Came the next day and dropped it off along with recycling the old TV for me. Gave me piece of mind and save me a lot of money.

Love the geek squad protection! It offers a full protection package and in my opinion it is better than the TotalTech. If you're buying a big ticket item like a TV or any appliance, ask the customer service to cancel your TotalTech from this item and add the geek squad warranty instead. Big downside to TotalTech is that it requires you to pay a deductible on certain things. So it's like an insurance.

Seems like a solid and straight forward warranty. I always get coverage for electronics

I was able to exchange the TV due to some minor defects and it was done very quickly.

If you buy a television from Best Buy trust me the Geek squad warranty is a must! You never know when something could go wrong and if you have this warranty you’ll be glad you did!

Added this to help my mom out. Super cool that tvs over 45 inches, they come to you. So you don’t have to lug around the tv

The Tv great sinks with everything easy to set no issues with connecting to internet a lot different options to connect with everything like ipad , iPhone etc.

So far so good. Always glad to have this service available for large appliance or electronics purchases

I have spent a lots of money over the years. Being a customer for over 30 years plus. And i haven't had to many return merchandise. And i am going to give Best Buy 10.

So glad I had purchasd the plan with our newn55" Hicense tv. Covered the black out screen that happened in the middle of a movie for no reason. Delivery drivers and support both said they are seeing this more and more. Sonin my opinion the cost for Geek Squad protection was well worth it! Did purchase a 5 year plan for new 65".

The tv was a very reasonable price, the quality is great, easy to use

When my Sony TV's screen failed, I was relieved to remember that I had purchased Geek Squad protection. Frankly, I was expecting the service process to be a hassle, but it only took a couple of phone calls and my replacement TV (a newer version of the same TV) was on it's way. If you're looking at a major purchase, I'd definitely recommend purchasing a Geek Squad protection plan.

Just lost my TV after 4 1/2 years. They gave me back ALL my money in credit to put towards a new TV. The Upgrade is 5 times better TV, and with a $1000 credit, I only spent $1400....yes, I bought a top of the line OLED...that's why it was $2400, but affordable with the $1000 credit. This is the 2nd time that has happened to me with a TV in the past 15 years, and both times I got ALL my money back in credit for a replacement. ALWAYS get the 5-year on a TV. Even if it lasts the whole 5 years, it will probably need a repair, and that alone more than covers the cost of the warranty.

Got my replacement but your protection goes away if you make a claim. 5 year is kind of misleading.
