Excellent picture. Sound not that good. Documentation consists of too many pieces. Why not combine all into one booklet? Mounting feet seem too flimsy. Tipping danger. Feet should be beefed up. Be careful to note overall footprint width. It probably will not fit on your existing stand. I had to purchase a new piece of glass to accommodate extra width. Did not notice this because unit was wall mounted in store. My bad.

I bought a 85 inch Samsung tv from Best Buy and to be frank, I’m loving it very much. It’s very easy to use and i have not had any difficult problem setting it up.

What I love about geek squad protection is that Best Buy has it for everyone and everything on new and open boxes and it has the same protection, and they can fix it on the store and I don’t need to ship anything! Thankyou

We always purchase this protection plan with all our electronics. They cover just about everything except abuse, wich is understandable. The times we have had to use the protection plan, geek squad has always been friendly and highly knowledgeable.

I have not had any trouble with the TV I purchased this policy for. However this TV replaced another one that I had the Geek Squad protection on. The TV could not be repaired so Best Buy just gave me back the amount I paid and I purchase the TV I currently have. It truly was no hassle.

This plan is a decent value for full geek squad coverage. Always had good service with best buy geek squad for all my devices. Would recommend buying the 2 year plan for everything

They replaced my Tv with no issues. Just had them come out take a look at it and told me they would replace it no problem!

It seems unnecessary at the time, but it's better to have when you need it than be stuck with a 700$ tv that breaks down! We hesitated over purchasing this, but in the end we have peace of mind knowing that if anything happens to our tv over the next five years, the geek squad can help repair it!
