I've purchased all of my electronics, appliances, and cameras from Best Buy. I do not purchase anythings within getting Geek Squad protection because it's the absolute BEST!!! I actually use the Geek Squad protection on this TV. This TV was my replacement. Filing a claim and delivery was quick and easy! 10/10 I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

We have had 2 use this feature 1 time on a vacuum and i have to say, the simplicity of replacement is worth the price. Our 1,5 year old Dyson gave up the ghost and we had to tap our 2 year coverage we added. All i had to do is drive down to the store and pick up a brand new Dyson. Done. Can't ask for more.

I bought the warranty on my insignia tv I bought less than 2 years ago, thank goodness. There was definitely an array of issues surrounding getting my warranty service but it all worked out in the end. I have just bought another 5 year warranty on my new tv.

Purchased this just in case I might need it I usually don’t purchase extended warranties

Purchased for a client to add protection at the time as I was unaware of the model. I was just a little more piece of mind at the time of purchase. Well, almost 2 years later, the client returns from a long trip to discover the center of the screen was darkened. Forgetting I had the coverage until i looked up the info to find a similar size (vesa mount was an issue), and discovered i had purchased the protection. A few calls later, it was determined that repair wasn't feasible and replacement for a current model of similar price and size would be initiated. The process went smoothly, they delivered the new set and even took down the mounted set, which was another surprise because I was under the impression i was going to have to do that, but they beat me to it. Overall, very happy I added it to the purchase, the client is very happy as well as they were thinking they were going to have to buy another. Smiles all around!

I recently had to use this for a Sony TV that started experiencing back lighting issues. I was hesitant to purchase but I am very glad I did. This was much better than a Health Insurance Scam.

We have had and used Best Buy Geek Squad protection before, it is great. Also a good value for the price

I bough it because it includes damages by voltage and where I live the electricity isn’t steady

Good to have if ever needed, hoping that I don’t and my product continues past 5 years.

I absolutely love this tv. The quality on it is out of this world, It’s super bright and supports Dolby Vision and Atmos. It has all kinds of features and it looks modern with the slim bezels. The QLED brings out a perfect picture and the only complaint I would have is the “ghosting” when watching fast motion content.

I purchased this 5yr extended warranty because my last tv crapped out after 3 1/2 yrs. I also had the extended warranty on that tv. Geek Squad was unable to repair the tv so they replaced it with a brand new comparable model. They made everything simple, installed the new tv and removed the old one. I would highly recommend purchasing the extended warranty for any high end model tv. One year standard warranty isnt enough.

Good TV, problems arise when one becomes familiar with the interface. Redundant steps to access content; antiquated format.

I have to say I was quite satisfied with the service. I brought in a TV that I was experiencing audio and video issues with within the time frame that my geek squad plan allowed. The team at the desk was kind enough to explain the whole process and made mention that it can take up to four weeks for repairs/evaluation of the TV but that it can be as fast as two weeks - I got a response with five days! Sure enough they honored the value of my previous TV model and credit me the value to pursue another television since the model I originally purchased did not exist. I was quite impressed and it was as smooth of an experience I ever had at BB.

I think it is worth getting for a peace of mind if anything should go wrong
