Warranty is great to have. Replaced my TV that went out.I have had two TV’s replaced with the extended warranty. Just make sure they take the old TV with them.

Love the Geek Squad. I have never been disappointed with anyone they have sent to the house. They are very knowledgeable and courteous.

Lg Oled cx 10 mother board died after 13 months called bestbuy because i had a 2 year warranty i bought no problems guy came out seen what the problem was came back a week later had to order the part And it was fixed that easy i just purchased a Samsung neo Qled QN90A i bought a 5 year bestbuy warranty piece of mind is the best you dont want your $1600 dollar tv breaking with no warranty after Samsung 1 year warranty is over.

Excellent combo with the TV, pictures are so vivid!!! Makes the game come alive!! Didn't even have to adjust pic or sound!! Amazing quality!! I recommend it to any gamer!! And geek squad keeps it safe too!!

Glad to know my TV is protected by Geek Squad. My TV is protected for 5 years for a convenient price. Last TV was destroyed during moving not taking the same chances again.

TV protection plan is great to have I haven't had to use it yet

I'm just going to make this short and sweet. You better off buying a Geek Squad or Best Buy protection / warranty plan along with any major purchases you make like a TV, sound system, refrigerator, cell phone, computer and washer/dryer. They are 98% of the time way better than the actual manufacturer's warranty and cover more. And give you less hassle when replacing or need to repair whatever you bought.

Great service on everything I love everything they do a nice job

It's the best protection plan I've bought. They came in and did a same-day repair on my TV and it was up and running. When it started having issues again and eventually died on me, Best Buy set me up with a new model of the same TV! Came the next day and dropped it off along with recycling the old TV for me. Gave me piece of mind and save me a lot of money.

Love the geek squad protection! It offers a full protection package and in my opinion it is better than the TotalTech. If you're buying a big ticket item like a TV or any appliance, ask the customer service to cancel your TotalTech from this item and add the geek squad warranty instead. Big downside to TotalTech is that it requires you to pay a deductible on certain things. So it's like an insurance.

Seems like a solid and straight forward warranty. I always get coverage for electronics

If you buy a television from Best Buy trust me the Geek squad warranty is a must! You never know when something could go wrong and if you have this warranty you’ll be glad you did!

I was able to exchange the TV due to some minor defects and it was done very quickly.

The Tv great sinks with everything easy to set no issues with connecting to internet a lot different options to connect with everything like ipad , iPhone etc.

So glad I had purchasd the plan with our newn55" Hicense tv. Covered the black out screen that happened in the middle of a movie for no reason. Delivery drivers and support both said they are seeing this more and more. Sonin my opinion the cost for Geek Squad protection was well worth it! Did purchase a 5 year plan for new 65".

Added this to help my mom out. Super cool that tvs over 45 inches, they come to you. So you don’t have to lug around the tv

Just lost my TV after 4 1/2 years. They gave me back ALL my money in credit to put towards a new TV. The Upgrade is 5 times better TV, and with a $1000 credit, I only spent $1400....yes, I bought a top of the line OLED...that's why it was $2400, but affordable with the $1000 credit. This is the 2nd time that has happened to me with a TV in the past 15 years, and both times I got ALL my money back in credit for a replacement. ALWAYS get the 5-year on a TV. Even if it lasts the whole 5 years, it will probably need a repair, and that alone more than covers the cost of the warranty.
