After having my 70" Hisense for only 2 years and it went out i decided to get the extra coverage. Although i feel Samsung is a quality product i feel safer with the extended coverage.

If you purchase a merchandise make sure you get that geek squad because they are the number one taking care of merchandise so if you don't purchase it at that time you have 15 days to go back with the receipt and get that warranty for your merchandise go get it

I bought a new 65" 4K UHD tv and added the 5-year geek squad protection. You never know when your cat might decide to jump behind the tv, get tangled in your premium HDMI cables, and decide to just dash out and knock it all down, ruining your evening television watching. After killing an 11 day old computer with a coffee spill I wouldn’t be without it. Then there was a particularly frigid day without gloves and as I was on my way to see my GEEKS my freezing fingers dropped my computer on the corner and cracked it. They put a new ‘skin’ on it. I’m sure I’ll make use of my protection on my new computer too. I seem to have karma with electronics.

Hopefully we won't need to use this warranty but wanted to make sure we had it just in case.. I'm so tired of buying stuff they come with a 1 year warranty after the 1 year warranty they fall apart.

Best service ever I can live worry free for the next 5 yrs knowing that if anything happens to my protected item it will be repaired or replaced at no cost to me. Best Buy’s protection is a must whenever you prurchased expensive high quality in home items . Protect your purchases better safe than sorry!

Super sweet 5yrs protection for my new SmartTv. It’s so worth it. My smart tv broke after 4 yrs and it was too expensive to fix. It was like over 200$ to fix an old tv. No more issues with this protection for at least 5 yrs. Yes!! Always purchase the extra warranty

Did not order this set up service. Was informed that this is a much better warranty and that you stick by it as Amazon does not stick by their warranties.

Usually I don't get add on protections except at Best Buy. I trust that they will honor their products. Years ago, I got a defective drive and I was offered either my money back or a brand new one. Since then I've always gotten Geek Squad protection.
