I have not used geek squad care since 2013 however i hope it is worth it from what i remember.

Best Buy employees were very helpful found what i needed and got what i was expecting thank you guys well difenetly shop again

I love the idea if still having protection on an item I purchased for an e tended amount of time and not be too pricey for the protection.

Went from Samsung tv to LG tv it’s held up long So that’s a plus

Haven't had to use it yet and I plan on keeping it that way. I spent a lot on a tv and this will put it to great protection.

I have used the Geek squad more than once. They installed our TV mounted on the wall and were very professional. Answered all questions. Cleaned after themselves

This was a must have after purchasing my new television from Best Buy. The price was reasonable for the item that I bought.

Not much to say as I haven’t needed to use it yet but the peace of mind that comes with having this warranty is nice.

love the geek squad. don't know what I would do without them! always there when I need them, kind, courteous and patient with someone who is not very tech savvy.

Always safe then sorry always buy insurance so they totally take care of any faults u may have in the future totally worth it then getting a new one or out the money

They always seem to take care of me I never had an issue with geek squad if it doesn’t work they replace it what more do you want.

Have not yet used it because my TV works great, but I’m glad I purchased extra guarantee in case it malfunctions

I would always recommend getting the extra protection on a big electronic device .
