I needed service on another TCL TV with dead pixels after the manufacturer warranty ran out. Service guy assessed the issue as unrepairable. So, the extended warranty kicked and a new a TV was ordered. Delivered yesterday and I completed the set up. All is well again.

I've purchased all of my electronics, appliances, and cameras from Best Buy. And I not purchase anythings within getting Geek Squad protection because it's the absolute BEST!!! 10/10 I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

Glad to know my TV is protected by Geek Squad. My TV is protected for 5 years for a convenient price. Last TV was destroyed during moving not taking the same chances again.

I luckily have not had to use this but I always purchase it for peace of mind and it works. Often they forget to ask me if I want to add the protection when that happens I ask them for it.

Geek squad service is a must. If you are buying anything from best buy, it is worth spending a fee bucks for the geek squad protection. I got a sony TV and installed the tv stands. I noticed after my installation that the TV was shaking and it could fall down. I called best buy and the Geek Squad team were very happy to help.

Great thing to have, some people say it will never go bad. Well if the manufactures warranty is 1 year and the TV gets hit by lightning surge and Fry's the circuitry 1 year and 1 day later you are out of luck. If you have one of these plans your covered.
