Some geek squad tech's are well qualified and thorough....others seem to not know what they are doing or are too busy or lazy to complete the tasks.

hasn't really helped much. I've had issues with my tv and they have me doing all the leg work.

I had one of the worst experiences on my life wit Geek squad protection plan on my tv.i understand that the protection plan won't cover broken screen but I had some remaining balance on my protection plan so I call to cancel the protection on my tv they told me I would receive a refund for my plan it's been almost 3 months and still nothing

it was a long wait time over an hour all 3 times. They did give me a store credit for purchase price.

Have to see if worth the price have not been able to use yet

Great because its Greek Squad and they do great work but I haven't had to use it yet.

Always good to have protection, just to know you product is safe. I always add it to my purchases

We haven't had to use it yet but I sounds like if we need it they pretty much cover everything even if we lose the remote.

First tv can broken so I figured I had to spend money in case there was an issue with another.

The rep signed me up for the wrong service, I wanted installation by the Geek Guys & I had to keep calling until I got the protection plan cancelled & got the installation plan. The guy came out, finally & he started putting it together & then he left, the TV partially out of the box, stuff everywhere & he left. Said his boss would take dare of it; nothing, nobody, be great to get installation of the TV I bought for that very reason. thank you, c

you need it for that frick chance you bought a defective item

We purchased this protection plan with our television in case there is ever a time that we need it. I believe it was a great price for the plan.

the gentleman that came out is good and trying but the rest of the experience i am having with the geek squad is useless cant call the store have to try to talk to someone in guetamula who does nothing but read from a computer screen. next time i will save money and buy from amazon.

Standard Geek Squad Protection, use your own discretion on whether your device needs it or not.

GSP is useful on Electronics if used wisely. In my instances I have purchased it for a TV and a Wifi range extender. Not for smaller ticket items.

My tv has not yet been mounted as of yet. Hopefully i can let you know soon.

The issues with my tv continue after 2 appointments. Don’t if the service is bad or the tv.
