Haven't had the need to use this service, but it's always good to have that extra safety net.

Good price for open box. Nice 42" fire TV. Using it in our RV when traveling. Picture quality is very good and size is not to big for small space.

Peace of mind is priceless but I got xtended warranty at a great price

Definitely worth the couple bucks to ensure any electronic that you pay $60+ for is covered. Never know when you might get one with a shorter lifespan than others and this makes that a non-issue! Have used it once before and they make it trouble free

For the price this is a great economy 4K HDR television. I paid $300 plus tax and extended warranty and really wasn’t expecting very much. When I had finally set it up (Actually it practically sets itself up) I was very surprised to see how great the picture was especially when in HDR mode. I ran videos from YouTube and showed family members and they were all enjoying it very much. For $300, or less, I don’t see how you can do better. This transaction was done in October 2019.

I was aware I had purchase this package. However, I will now be taking advantage of it.

I like the idea of having extra protection. My hope was that it would be added on to the original warranty instead of dual coverage. Our last TV purchase was from Best Buy in 2007. That TV died "one day," after the warranty was up. It was a $500 repair to replace the motherboard. It is my hope that this new TV will last us 13+ yrs. without any costly repairs.

We have purchased this coverage on another TV and it really paid off for us! The TV had a defect after 3 years of use and this protection coverage replaced it. Of course the model was discontinued so they gave us another TV... for the same amount we had paid 3 years earlier! We were upgraded to a state of the art TV with all the bells and whistles! It is worth investing in this coverage!! We will always purchase it for our high end purchases!

Always good to have with appliances! You just never know what could happen!

So easy and worth it! 5 year protection plan on a Hi Sense tv, it lasted about 4. 2 phone calls and 3 days later, brand new TV delovered to my door and they hauled away the old.

I love geek service, but i dont think I needed it for my lg g3 tv. So i canceled it

Recently I called to have a service done on my TV that I got from Best Buy. They were quick to respond to my request, but how my TV wasn't able to be fix they helped me find a replacement one.

What's there to say about Geek Squad?! It's a great service for a great price. I wouldn't be without them.

Even though I have the Total Tech protection for my home and all of my equipment, I still purchase the extended warranty protection for whatever life may throw at you. I have had to use it a couple of times and that more than paid the cost of obtaining it. when you spend hundreds of dollars on an item you use daily, give yourself the peace of mind of protecting it as well.

We had a crack in our TV and Best Buy replaced it the next day! We had our brand new TV set up and running for thanksgiving football! Thankful for the Best Buy annd geek squads awesome customer service!

I recommend anyone to purchase an extended warranty on a major purchase because you never know when it will be needed I had purchased many warranties in the past and yes they do work and less worries not to affect your pocket book because you already took care of it earlier

According to what they will do, I'm psyched that if anything goes wrong with my tv, they will hook me with with fixing or replacing it. So, here's hoping I never have to use it; but, feel good knowing it's there.
