Geek squad always up to the task and gives me a sense of comfort knowing my items are always protected!

I haven't had to use it for my TV I just purchased, but I've used their Geek Squad warranty before and I can say it's excellent.

Cant take the chance just go with the Squad iv always had issues in the past with returns and geek squad takes care of everything no hassle

Hope we never have to use it. Normally I don't purchase a warranty. Have never owned a T. V. like this so I figured the warranty might be a good idea

Bought this for my printer. When my printer quit working, Geek squad assessed it and gave me a brand new one. I was back in business the same day!

I bought this because I don't want to be sitting around looking at nothing. If the tv goes out I think the geek squad will come to my rescue and that's a whole lot better than sitting and looking at nothing.

Worst tv setup ever. I had a dog chew up original remote for a 70inch tv. Had to buy replacement. So I was having issues with tv running Netflix and other streaming devices. So I did a factory reset on the tv. Didnt know you couldnt program a with a replacement. Must have the original. So now I have a 70 inch brick. Al because their is no way to get past programming remote without oringinal.

So worth the added investment I am replacing a 65" TV that was previously covered by an extended warranty,I normally never buy them but luckily I did. The TV picture started to fail and after 4 years it was still covered under the extended warranty although I admit the process took time they reimbursed me for the original full purchase price.

I love the laptop, like to keep them as long as possible, and this seemed prudent. I mean, I really like the laptop (Samsung Book2 360 13" screen).

Having access to support from Geek Squad agents is always a plus!

No electronic household device should be without geek squad protection!! The squad is well run, knowledgeable, responsive,courteous, clean. Every warranty on anything that you buy from bestbuy it's really worth every penny!!!. Have always get it on every item that I've bought and it has become so useful, casue bestbuy always respects the warranty and exchanges anything that has problems for a new one without hesitation, I personally really recommend it!!!!!.

I haven't gotten to use the extended warranty...so not sure yet. But... I had a 65" going bad. The manager said they would cover it, but the screen was cracked in a corner. I was ok with the crack, it didn't affect the TV and was there for over a year. The TV started going dark and 'glitching' non stop. I do not believe it was related to the crack at all, but the they would not touch it with any type of damage. So...I really didn't get to see how the warranty works, other than it doesn't cover damage. duh... Apparently there is no damage coverage available on larger TV's at all. Bummer...

Have not used yet but wouldn’t buy the tv without purchasing

I've had no issues with my Sony 4K TV I purchased this warranty for but I know and heard that Best Buy does have great quality customer service if something goes wrong with your purchase and it can be easily returned and exchanged for the same product or similar product.
